Courtyard by Marriott Kitchener

The location was perfect and the staff was nice. Very convenient to have the restaurants beside you. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The pillows were really bad no support. There was several sport teams there and the idiot kids were running up and down the halls. Through the stairs and lobby very loudly and playing in the elevators hitting all the buttons. At one point we waited 20 min to get an elevator to our 9th floor room because of the rude kids and the 2 per elevator rule. Your nice staff should have not been nice at that point asking them to control YOUR kids or you will be asked to leave. Its a safety concern for your hotel as well with them running around. I would stay with you again but i would inquire first if there are teams there. If so i would go somewhere else.

The check in was easy and the room very clean and had a fridge and microwave. The bed was really comfortable and since I had a corner suite, it was quiet so I slept well. I did not partake of the breakfast buffet so cannot comment on that. Everything in my room worked well and it was nice to see the remotes supposedly clean and in a plastic sleeve. The little coffee maker was easy to use and the shower also was quite efficient.

Despite the constructions it was a good stay. There was no sounds, parking is very good. The newly reconstructed room was very good, and the view was top.

On arrival there was no one at the place to check in, and we didn't manage to find the right floor for the exit at first.

We stayed in the king suite. The bed was very comfortable. In thecpast a regular room had the air adjustable beds..very hard to get used to in one night so it was nice to see a regular bed. It was nice tho, nice view of the city and we got it on a great mobile deal.

The awkward parking. The room was a bit small for a suite. When you open the bedroom door and hit the bed and have to shuffle to the left to shut the door...its not really a 'suite'.

The location was within reach of all recommended restaurants. The breakfast was good but didn’t have many prepared hot meal options for vegetarians.

The bathroom fan was very noisy and I couldn't get the AC to cool the room to my comfort.

The staff was amazing when I checked in. They were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. You can tell that this hotel takes pride in its maintenance. It is a great place and a reasonable price. I had an issue with another hotel in the area and was hesitant to go back but I will definitely return to the area as long as I can stay at the Radisson. Thanks guys for a great weekend.

The rooms are really comfortable and gorgeous. I was with my husband and my Labrador dog and we all loved Radisson hotel!

Right now they are under renovation. But that was not a problem.

The staff, I am doing renos on my house so I my sin and I just checked out on may 26 after being here 16 days when I came back on the 28 the staff said welcome home 😊

Only complaint I have is I could hear what sounded like alarm going off, which I later learned was the fan in a/C they offered to switch my room, but it was fine

Staff were friendly, the room and common areas were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Good sized bathroom, and guys water pressure in the shower. Located fairly close to the airport, and very close to amenities.

The only downside was subpar WiFi speeds

When I entered in hotel with my family there was a group of people was smoking and making noise we didn’t like this should a smoke room somewhere.
