Clean and calm. Staff were sufficient and well trained. Love the decor and choice of furniture in the room and common areas. Love to know where you sourced the crescent shaped sofa bed in room. Let me know. Parking was ample and yard was very walkable. Loved it

I wondered if I was quoted a different price online than what I got charged but it turned out fine since I was so happy with the facility. I was not prepared to use the look or gym but it looked to be well organized And clean. Thanks for asking.

Good restaurants were available within short driving distance. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is clean.

Crowded and long wait for elevator as one of the two elevator was out of service during our entire stay. Breakfast was not included despite of room charge of almost $400 per night.Faint smell of body odour in the one of the pillows provided.

I didn't like not being able to get food delivered directly to my room when I ordered on Uber and having to come down each time. But I understand this was for security. Pool access for my key card stops an hour before the pool is supposed to close which didn't make a lot of sense as well.

I love this hotel. It’s not too expensive and it has a nice modern touch to it. The room is spacious and comfortable.

My partner went to use the shower and the supplied body wash was empty. In addition the garbages had no bags in them and as a lady using the restroom, sometimes we need the garbage to have a bag. In addition, a poorly fashioned wall decor item fell off the wall while we were sleeping.

The hotel was clean, recently renovated. Good location right off the highway. Breakfast was good especially considering the restrictions with COVID19. Wetwipes were provided in the room and I used them to wipe down surface handles.

The bed was a little soft. Blinds were a little difficult to close because they were behind the couch which was a little difficult to move. Surface handles on bathroom had obvious fingerprints so I used the wetwipes provided to clean them.

The room was spacious & very clean. Easy access from 401 highway. Front desk staff were very friendly. Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the indoor pool. We definitely plan to stay there again.

It looks like the tv was on internet connection & not cable, it wasn't as smooth, the voice & picture were abit choppy. We didn't inquire about it because tv watching wasn't our priority.

Enjoy the bistro, which serves drinks at night, and breakfast/coffee in the morning. Not a restaurant, but many steps up from a continental breakfast situation.

Issue - unable to open room door upon arrival due to dead battery in key reader. Took some time for maintenance to address. It was late, I was tired, and I didn't need this issue at that time. But it was all resolved in the end.

The front desk customer service was excellent! Very professional and friendly. The hotel was close to the wedding venue. Clean and modern facilities with a beautiful pool and gym as well outside patio area.

There is nothing I can say that we didn't like about this hotel.

there was a bunch of kids and they were always in the pool as they were always rough housing and unsupervised so we did not feel comfortable in the pool and that was the reason we selected this property and we got to go in once for 10 minutes and had to leave. was told there was nothing that could be done.

The staff is fantastic, it’s very clean. For the most part it’s quiet. A few happy people on the weekends but I’m ok with that. Fun is what the world needs more of.

No free breakfast if staying in courtyard, at over 100 a night I was shocked to know that. One Other thing is no kind of price adjustment on a nights stay when you don’t get ur room cleaned, no pool, bar or bistro open due to Covid. The one business that hasn’t hurt in these times is hotels, so I thought they’d be willing to bend a little. I’ve definitely been financially effected through these times. Staying here trying to find a place to live, at over 100 a night it looks like after Tuesday it’s the streets for me.
