Grand Times Hotel - Aeroport de Quebec

Very friendly yet respectful interaction with Reception and overall Hotel Staff. Easy check in, the room although with Dark color was very well set up and providing me to recharge my cell phone. ( I had to search to find out the connection below the desk in the electric outlet ) The fire place and 'jaccuzzi type tub' was a value plus. The set up with sliding door to seperate room from living room was extra. The darkness provided to sleep during day time was very effective indeed. Very good noise suppression in the room. Overall, we were very satisfied and will certainly return as soon as we are back in Qc City.

My main concern, there was no discount or any other attention regarding Veterans. It was a shame to have a feeling that for the Grand Times Hotel, Veterans do not deserve some respect and potential mark of appreciation. As for the Continental breakfast, for 13$ toast and drink although fresh and well presented, I would see some improvement in this sector as well. Respectfully.

Well located. Modern look outside and inside entrance. Close to restaurant, stores, theather and highway. Beds comfortable.

Shower head broken. Was not fun to take a shower. Hand towel bar lousse it fell when my son removed the towel. Shower not modern. A little expensive for what we got. No breakfast included. I understand it’s Christmas time but the hotel was not that busy.

Very clean hotel. Not busy very quite. Decor was nice. Room was as described. We were travelling with another family and the hotel managed to place us in adjoining rooms which was fantastic for the kids to roam without disturbing others. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool was very small but we had it to ourselves so it was good. Kids loved it and temperature seemed good. Nothing to really not like.

The location for my work was excellent, amenities close by were plentiful and the room was very comfortable. Having the kitchenette in my room was convenient as well. I will definitely try and book the Grand Times Hotel next time I come to Quebec City for work.

Everything was to my liking.

We booked the suite with the jacuzzi. The room was huge! The large bathroom, small kitchen area, separate sitting area (nice fireplace), and massive bedroom with a king bed made for a great first night to our vacation! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance too. Will be recommending to all our friends and family.

The breakfast was very minimal. Juice, coffee, tea, toast/bagels and cereal.

Was pretty cheap during Xmas period. close to the airport. was a short stay. room clean and comfortable. enough space for 3 people.

Room was very clean, well appointed, well decorated and comfy; staff was professional and accommodating; location in good with access to restaurants and food;

Parking was overcrowded and past 10pm was full, I had to park my car in the neighbouring restaurant;

This time, we got the room just next to the pool, which is a bonus for the kid. Although the pool is small, but it is quite warm. My kids love it. The location is really convenient.

We didn't see any towel around the pool facility and the jacuzzi is broken. :(

Large room, modern style, clean bed.

- Small gym, missed coffee in my room for two days, fortunately the team made coffee for everyone in the morning.

Cleanliness, decor, service

Breakfast is good. However, they could have added scrambled eggs in the breakfast instead of boiled eggs The light switch did not work and we could not turn off lights behind the bed.
