Quality Suites Quebec City

We booked one suite with just one bed plus couch. And back we booked the family suite with two beds separated with a door, which I liked! We did like the beds, because often you fall in the middle of the mattress, but here it was comfortable. The room was big enough, an existing door to the bedroom is not always available, that's a plus! The rooms were very clean, fridge and coffeemaker we liked. It was not noisy, even it was right beside the highway.

The Breakfast was a bit small. No eggs, no bacon, no cheese. It could be a bit more variety for the price. The couch in the suite was too soft and too small for sitting comfortable. In the family suite was a bed, which I really liked, but there was no couch for watching TV.

The type of the room. Our room has a separate door for one king bed and one queen bed, so it's perfect for our circumstances. (Me, my husband, my toddler, and my mom). The hotel has a playpen, offering for no fee. There are 2 entry doors to the toilet. I found it's practical. There is a small kitchen counter, so we could clean the baby's bottles and his food containers. The breakfast is included with the price, and there are egg, patty, and many kinds types of bread. We can also make our own waffles. I found there are multiple types of food that they offer. Overall, my experience here is good, and I'd recommend this hotel.

The staff at the reception seemed like they didn't want to work or they didn't like their job. I found they are not friendly, but they are not rude or anything. They just didn't smile and seemed to avoid eye contact and mostly hiding behind their counter. I wish they'd be more bubbly, happy, and smiley.

The room was large and comfortable. We got a great sleep in a very comfortable bed and a quiet room. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. For example, the staff at the reception desk, notably Kouman, went out of their way to accomodate us (we arrived late in the evening with our black lab). The waffles that Marie-Lyne made us for breakfast were outstanding :-) The location is excellent, we'll stay here again.

Although the bed was super comfortable, the couch was less so. For the price, though, it's more of an obersvation than a complaint.

The breakfast was very good.. the place is perfect

We had an enjoyable stay here at the end in mid September, staff were nice. Good Location, there are a lot of restaurants and grocery store nearby, free parking. Free Breakfast was great , hopefully by next time it would be offered for longer time rather than just until 9:30am. We would stay here again next time.

My biggest complaint about the room would be that the sofa bed is older, so the cushions aren't very soft and not comfortable.

Room size was ok, the door to the bedroom is a really plus! The steakhouse right besides the hotel was awesome! Mattresses were very comfortable. It was not noisy even the hotel is right beside the highway. Everything was clean.

One bedroom suite with sofa bed is good size for 6. Price reasonable. Very good for our one night stay before going to Quebec City. Breakfast is very good.

No blanket for sofa bed. But the front desk brought one right away. Breakfast time after 8:30 is super busy and crowded. Even you can bring food back to room, we still have to wait in line to get a cup of coffee

Breakfast did the trick and has satisfied with what they included. Staff did a great job with setup and making sure everything was in order.

Beds were comfortable enough. The only complaint would be on the pull out couch as we needed a third bed. The pull out couch needs a better mattress, some additional padding or something.

The room is spacious and has all the basic necessities.

We were a family of three and there was no couch. There were only two smaller size chairs that were not good for relaxing. Our site seeing was done during the day so in the evening we could not all sit together in the living space.

Great rooms

We reserved for 5 peoole and didn't have enough towels. The next morning we went for breakfast and the meals were given to us cold...we sat at the tables (didn't see a no-sitting sign on tables or around the tables. A staff member came to see us and told us in a rude tone that we weren't allowed to sit there. Mind you, various staff members saw us and never said anything. Very rude woman to speak to us in that manner especially in front of children. Even when we checked in the receptionist barely looked at us and was in a hell of a hurry to just give us the room key. Ugh.
