Travelodge by Wyndham Quebec City Hotel & Convention Centre

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very big & spacious. Location: bus stop is very near hotel; barely 40 metres from the carpark and bus 11 takes one into the heart of town (25 min ride), the bus route is great for travellers as bus 11 stops at key tourist spots. Pool: small but nice for a dip. Korean BBQ restaurant is right in front of the hotel. On this note, I want to thank the receptionist for a room with a very nice view -1108. I deeply appreciate it.

Clean nice hotel with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Well-appointed room with comfortable furniture. Modern bathroom with heated floors. I loved the check-out time at noon since I could do oil change in my car in one of the close-by garages and then come back, finish packing and leave. Ample parking available on site. The city view from the 10th floor was amazing.

For some reason a king bed didn't have a fitted sheet. The staff can be more polite. The internet connection disappeared right in the middle of my lesson. It turned out that they changed the password suddenly between 8 and 9 p.m. I lost 30 min. of my lesson. No one said "sorry." There was a broken iron in my room and I ruined my blouse when using it. The swimming pool is tiny and the bathroom in the pool area is quite dirty.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the room was quiet, the staff is friendly, the view of the city from our 12th floor room was breathtaking.

The only thing that was a little annoying was the air conditioning/fan. We adjusted the temperature and set the fan on Auto. Whenever it turned on at night, the cold wind blew directly at me in the bed, and I kept waking up and covering myself with the thick warm blanket provided. However, when the fan stopped blowing cold air, I would wake up because it was too hot under that blanket! I think that the position of the fan directed at the bed is not very fortunate. Otherwise, the room is great.

The staff were friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to a big mall and easy access to the freeway.

The deadbolt on our room wouldn’t close. We tried phoning reception but didn’t get an answer. We should have gone down to reception but were both exhausted. The staff were very friendly and I am sure would have fixed the problem or would have given us another room.

I found a hair comb on the floor of the room, and a cigarette behind the bathroom door. Not much attention to detail by the cleaning staff. The hotel restaurant/bar was closed, apparently it has been for a while. But still listed on their website. It was not busy during the time we stayed. Quiet, Spacious room, Very clean and Comfortable bedding. Reception deck staff for night shift (maybe his name is Jake) He is a such kind hearted guy. He went to long way to answer my question, took time to do online search for answer that he does not know. He tried his best to help me out.

We spent a little more time to get to the right location, because I went to a wrong exit. But Hotel is locate in a very quite location. We had very good night sleep

Very family friendly. The suite with sofa bed and seperate bedroom worked really well for family of 4, plus had baby cot in the main bedroom (at no extra cost!). Really helpful and attentive front desk. Good value for money, the kids breakfast too very quick and big portion for $10.

No comment on the pool as did not used it.

The staff were very friendly and we had no problems checking in. The location of the hotel was right off the highway so it was very easy to get around the city. Our room was spacious and clean and very quiet.

We had requested rooms near each other and although they tried to accommodate the request we ended up on different floors. The important part is they made the effort to try.

The room was comfortable and clean. I really like it, you will find all the basic stuff you need in the room like the refrigerator, desk, coffee machine...ect Without forgetting the staff, they were kind.

Basically, the hotel is great, but in my opinion the total price I paid was very exaggerated (With taxes), that's the only thing I didn't like.

Welcome and room were very good. Spacious, quiet and neat. The pool is super good and it was pleasant to swim and chill. There was a fridge in the room and a TV, all in working order. I loved the shower which was spacious, with rain shower on the ceiling. Super quiet even though close to freeway.
