Clarion Pointe Quebec Airport

Decent location, staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, room was nice. Staff was bilingual which helped us. The airline had lost our baggage and we were on a 5 day bicycle tour of Quebec. The young man at the desk informed us of shopping within walking distance where we could purchase clothing to complete our vacation. Our return flight left at 5:00 am. Young woman at the desk booked us a cab for a very early trip to the airport.

We were looking for a location closer to the airport.

Breakfast was awesome, I even had seconds…OMG the beds were so darn comfortable, I wanted the sleep in but needed to get some site seeing in before heading back to Edmonton. The room was so quiet I was surprised being right by the airport. Great location for both vacationers & business minded alike. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here agin when I visit next

What, I don’t believe I had anything I didn’t like about staying here. You definitely have to stay here. Prices are perfect.

The breakfast is actually available from 6:30AM although I was told that it is available from 7:00AM; the earlier the breakfast the better for the guests in the hotel. Furthermore, the breakfast is good enough considering the room rate.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel.During our stay, the hotel did not provide normal room cleaning service; perhaps this could be justified by the Covid concern. Furthermore, the hotel would not change the shower towels for us if we did not request that; this is not very thoughtful for us. On the first day, when I asked them to change the towels they removed the shower curtain without any reason; the receptionist said that he could not resolve this issue; he told us he could only change the room for us. We were exhausted after one day walking in the city, so we did not want to change the room. Next day, a lady helped to install a shower curtain in our bathroom.

The breakfast was great especially for a busy morning. Pre-packaged sandwiches and muffins were great for the road and on the plane ride. The juice, coffee, and water bar is kept open throughout the day which is super awesome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay here again.

I had 2 separate stays, the first stay on the second floor was very nice and clean. The second stay I was on the 1st floor. I noticed the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were being held by electrical tape that was barely holding, it's a bit weird to see. The next thing was when I went into the room the fridge was completely off which sucked as I had perishable food with me so I had to wait for the fridge to get cold enough. Lastly, in the fridge there was a hair on the bottom which I found a bit gross since it probably hasn't been wiped down after previous stays.

Great location for those in need of a clean, quiet, pet friendly stay... I was given a ground-level room with sliding glass door to go outside... making it easy to walk by two dogs... The bed is very comfortable and staff wonderful... if you like Top Gun... their lobby is done in this theme... adding some fun to one's experience.

All was great... nothing less than to say about my stay here.

Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of food to choose from. Area kept very clean, and stocked. Easy checkout. Room had everything we needed (fridge, microwave, comfortable beds, and functional washroom.

Needed to prop open door on side of building to unload and load vehicle (no card access ... would have needed to buzz front desk every time to gain entry)

The room is clean. Breakfast is good.

Because of the season, the hotel shut down the air conditioner, so in the beginning of the night we stayed, it was quite hot in the room ecen thought we opened the window. However, it was cooler in the early of the morning. The room assigned to us is on the 2nd floor, so it is hard to carry the big baggages to the stair.

Breakfast options were good, Staff was friendly and accommodating, Free laundry, Free specialty coffee, cold water and 3 kinds of juice available round the clock Staff accommodated our request for 30 min extra for checkout

Room and washroom were a little cramped No housekeeping while your stay

The property was maybe the cleanest hotel that we have ever stayed in and the free breakfast was also the best we have ever had.

The only issue was that it was still pricey for a budget hotel but everything in the area is super expensive so it was one of the least expensive compared to others.

Very nice staff and great breakfast!

The cleaning staff needs to be a lot more thorough when they vacuum. There was hair on the bathroom floor and a clipped nail on the carpet next to one of the beds. Also, the shower backed up, so that was kind of gross, too.
