Very comfy bed and pillows. The room is spacious and very new and clean. The environment is beautiful.

There was an environmental alert/warning. The air quality was bad because of the fire. We couldn't take a walk or enjoy the outdoors and had to stay indoors as we have little ones and didn't want to expose them. The first receptionist we met was extremely unfriendly. No smiles, no welcomes. Not a good first impression.

The room was wonderful, and the food at the restaurant was really good (they had these fried pepperoni chips that were FANTASTIC!). It was so nice to have the casino right there too. They had a table set up where you could rent snowshoes, that looked like it would have been a ton of fun but we didn't have the time to try - next time!

It is really far from the city so a bit tricky to get out there - especially in the winter. The drinks were a touch expensive.

Clean and uncluttered. The fantastic restaurant and the casino are attached. I love the ceiling paint...black with white speckles...feels soft and comfortable. The location is a 20 min drive out of the city which is a plus for some, a minus for others.

Very odd choice of room layout: no washroom door to separate the glass door shower. Flimsy sliding door for the toilet only. Any room service etc coming to the room door will have a clear line of sight to anyone in the shower. Frosted glass on the opposite wall of the shower leaving little to the imagination. This is for couples only. The larger room has a couch and second tv that are redundant...space is small in this extra area so the couch doesnt face the tv, not a useable area. Could have put a jacuzzi there.

All the staff members we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. We had a broken tap in our room and they sent someone up within 10 minutes of our call to fix it. The hotel is beautiful. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There is a walk in shower which was awesome. The room rate we got on booking.com was much less than we expected to pay for this hotel.

There were three fluffy pillows on each bed. It would have been nice if one of them was flatter than the other two so there is an option for people who like a flatter pillow. The chairs in the room are not very comfortable.

We enjoyed the whole experience. We would live yo return in warmer weather to take part in some of the activities offered for outdoors. They do have outdoor activities for winter but I think some would be better with a small group . We celebrated my husband's birthday in the restaurant and it was excellent. Attentive and delicious food!

The pillows !! Puffy rocks which made the sleep less than restful.

Great. Awesome facility. Great staff. The room was beyond expectation. Loved the pool and spa. Having everything together,casino hotel etc. Not a golfer,but looked like awesome course. Great experience,would highly recommend staying there.resturant served delicious food.

Needs microwaves in room,has fridge. No complaints,as the room was fantastic. Would be nice to have had gift shop open longer as missed chance to shop there. Overall was totally impressed with resort.

Took my mom for her 84th birthday for 2 nights, what a beautiful mini getaway!! The modern, simple details are absolutely stunning! Love everything about the bathroom, great big glass shower, modern fixtures and lighting, the sliding doors are perfect! Had a beautiful view of the golf course. And the pool and hot tub are so serene! Loved the outdoor deck on 7th floor as well. Every detail so beautifully thought out. The carpet and maple doors in the hallway reminds me of the Aria in Vegas...so pretty! Can't wait to go back! Would highly recommend for a conference as well.

Ordered breakfast from restaurant menu room service. Side was choice of croissant, toast or bannock. When asked for choice we said bannock. We received a croissant. Called down and told them, we ordered bannock then received toast. Was kinda baffled did not call again. REally wanted the bannock.

Staff and everyone wonderful except the breakfast mixup. WOuld go more often if it was more affordable:) Really enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent and the room facing the golf course. The meal at the Moose Woods cafe was excellent but took to long to wait for it. The meals at the restaurant in the casino were disappointing. The room was excellent and laminated flooring was nice to walk on. We enjoyed the shower and television services. Housekeeping fell short with clean towels and coffee. A porter brought us these items when requested. We will stay again. TY

We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. I love the big windows. The rooms are spacious and clean with no rug. I appreciate the cleanliness outside as well. Cigarette butts are dirty and disgusting and I did not see any at the the doors. I appreciate that.
