Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort & Aquagames - All Inclusive

It was our first time doing an all inclusive and we weren't sure what it'd be like. It was excellent. Food was generally good and plentiful. Bar drinks are flowing. The pool is really nice. The room was cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and attentive but unintrusive. I saw people complaining here about agents trying to sell them stuff - there are some agents by the pool selling excursions but if you decline they leave you alone, politely. I think people who complain about Grand Sirenis have either had very bad luck or are just complainers generally. The place works, and its good value for money.

Room service didnt really work when we needed to order food. Beware of the travel times with the excursions. We went to Isla Catalina and for the 3 hours we spent on the beautiful beach, we spent 9 hours travelling there and back. The buses pick people up and drop off from loads of hotels and Grand Sirenis seems to be the end of the line.

The staff overall very attentive to cleaning and maintaining the location, rooms were always cleaned they did an amazing job. The hotel was great.

You had to wake up at 5am to be able to get an area at the pool. All the pools. All the chairs were taken by 6am. I’m imagining people left them over night. Very bad management on that part Also the American Resturant is dirty and the hostess was very arrogant!

The place is clean and tidy. Very nice to be in it. good food. Great rooms. Very clean. The staff service at the pool and hotel is great.

There is a team of concealers and sales people inside the hotel who harass and harass you all the time. All they care about is selling to you even if you lie a little. It's not pleasant to walk around the hotel like that. Another thing is there are not enough sunbeds in the pool for all the people and there are whole days that you walk around for an hour and two hours trying to find a place to sit by the pool.

Breakfast/Lunch was excellent with live cooks! Food buffets has a lot of varieties. Facilities were very clean and taken care off! Rooms were ideal and close to the waterfront. The staff was very responsive and respectful!

Location is far from the airport(40mins drive)($60usd rate) and nothing to see on the way except other resorts. PCR test costed $80usd 78 hours before flight. Beach every morning was washed up with seaweed and water levels drop off suddenly in the water! When using booking.com you get a greenband at the resort which doesn't include premium drinks if you book all-inclusive...

Perfect place for family holidays with children in different age. Varieties of options to choose from regarding what are you looking for - peace and relax or plenty of sport, dance and other animations both for the kids and adults. Quiet in the night, because the parties are in a different place of the resort....and the resort itself is huge, with lots of greenery, there is no feeling of crowd. Aquapark a few minutes away from the hotel with lots of fun even for the youngest. Very tasty cuisine and a few other restaurants to choose from with Japanese as a must-see and the little show from its chefs. Beach bars, pool bars with positive bartenders singin'. Superb nice staff, very helpful. We even recieved lunch after check-out.

Beautiful, well kept landscaping, beautiful beach and great staff and service.

A couple of the a la carte restaurants had a sewer smell that made it uncomfortable to eat. We left without dining. The food in the “A la carte restaurants” should be improved, not so different than what they offered at the buffet restaurants. Have more lounge chairs available at the beach for regular guests.

Clean rooms and nice location. Food good but many flies around the food.

A lot of mosquitoes and flies! No window nets or other insect repellent methods. A lot of marine vegetation on the beach for the last 3 days of our stay.

Big gardens, nice territory. Close to beach. Many many restaurants, you can choose every evening different. Great Gym! Big and well equiped!

I cut the hair at beauty salon. And that was not good. For men hair the lady had no experience cuting european style. That could have been better.

Easy to get around. Loved the modern decor throughout the hotel, room was perfect for family and had a lot of space. Staff was always nice and willing to help. The food display in the buffet restaurants was really nice and overall ambiance was beautiful. Loved the Entertainment, especially Silent Party! So much fun especially for families with little ones!

Upon arrival was already trying to be sold on timeshares. The food was always cold and not a lot of variety. Bars didn’t have blenders, no FROZEN piña coladas!!?? :(
