Easily connected to the centre whilst being in a quiet and safe residential area. Only took 20-30 mins to get into the centre by public transport and that barely cost anything. Bathroom was lovely, as was the little garden where you could just relax outdoors. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. The parking is available for an additional fee which is very minor (only 15 eur for 3 nights) and was essential for anyone travelling with a car, as parking in Nice is extremely difficult.

The room was really nicely decorated. The bathroom is gorgeous. Everything is super clean. The place also has an air-conditioner which is a great plus especially during summer The owner is very nice and helpful. The area of the place is super quiet. There's several bakeries and supermarkets near by. It takes around 30-40 minutes to get to the city center of Nice by foot and 8 by car.

The only downside was that the bathtub didn't have enough warm water to fill it up. But besides that no complaints.

The room is very modern, freshly renovated with a very spacious bathroom. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it was perfect for a short vacation. There is a breakfast offered by the B&B which you can book in addition, it’s prepared with a lot of care and we really appreciated it. It’s also quite well connected to public transport (4min walk to a well frequented bus stop).

Was a beautiful room and very comfy and cozy bed. Such a great relaxing place, especially as my partner and I were travelling round Europe for a while, this was a great place to stop and have a reset. Easy to get to town on the bus, but we really enjoyed having an evening in here, having a bbq and sitting on the balcony. The couple that runs it were so friendly and helpful. Really welcoming place!!

Nice homemade breakfast and I can recommend to eat in the lovely garden. Very friendly and familiar hosts who took good care of us. Nice and clean room with a newly renovated large bathroom.

The room was amazing, spacious, with a lot of light. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfort stay. The hosts were great- always answer on time and help us with everything we needed before and during our stay.

It was a great place to stay. Florance and Peter provided a very warm hospitality, tips to the most interesting places in Nice and absolutely delicious breakfast! The house is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to stay!
