nice location, adequate room (it wasn’t deluxe), friendly staff, very clean and plenty of toiletries for shower

Lack of any general info in the room (meal times, restaurant booking procedures, places to go /visit etc), no tv remote unless requested, not a deluxe room and didn’t have all the facilities advertised on the website (no bath, not soundproof), breakfast finished 0930.

Great reception/communal facilities. Very comfortable (although small) bar area with pool table and exercise bikes. Good play area for children. Nice pool although not much space around for sun beds and very busy at times. Friendly helpful staff. Good size room with nice shower/toilet. A few nice restaurants nearby.

No balcony for our room so it felt a bit oppressive with relatively small windows. More space/sun beds around pool. Didn't serve food all day. One of our pieces of luggage was removed from the luggage storage room for some reason which caused us some anxiety until it was located. A bit of a walk into the centre (about 20 minutes).

Dry nice staff and great welcome from reception. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Ice bar area by pool. Pool is smaller than on the photos. Cold water in fridge which is always appreciated. Quick check out. Car park secure but a little testy to get into and a tight fit - Range Rover drivers would be sweating a bit. Cost of parking is 13 r Euros a day. Very little parking on street so worth using car park. If you need a pull out sofa bed you may find it is not so comfy. Main beds were comfortable. Breakfast staff very pleasant

The pool, staff, and facility were really good. The room size is good. Beds/Sleeping was comfortable. A sufficient amount of pillows. Sofa-bed can accommodate up to 2 people. A shower is really good. The location is great.

The size of the windows is very small, not enough light for the room. The shower and the toilet are separated, which makes them both small. Unusual for hotels. The dining is monotonous and meager.

Very modern common areas, specially with kids you have a choice of activities for kids or teenagers. I really like that the hotel has direct access from the back yard to a beautiful park. Waking distance to the city center.

The hotel has parking but as you cannot book in advance, first come first serve, ceven if you may find a space at your arrival in case you leave during the day you may find yourself with no parking space at night time.

Lovely staff, though it would be good to have more of them. Great bar, great breakfast, very nice and big room. Safe location. Though it is fairly far from the train station, it’s close to the city centre. Great bathroom, nice wardrobe space and a fridge in the room. Very clean, nice pool, amiable staff. Very good experience overall.

There are very few to no negatives. Perhaps the pool could have opened earlier and closed later.

Very nice and quiet location right by a park close to the Canal du Midi. Walking distance from downtown. Perfect location for a visit to Toulouse. The Toulouse airport shuttle stops close to the hotel. This is preferable to the Metro - Trolley connection.

The decor was a bit drab, but who really cares.

The rooms were of good size as was the bathroom. Good parking space (which was one of the main reasons to select it).

Not exactly downtown if you are going to walk around. Specially if you return after 6pm and can not go through the park. If the park behind the hotel is closed you have to walk some endless blocks around it.

Everything was great esp finding the beautiful park and Japanese Garden were right next door. This hotel is exceptional. Each morning had pool to ourselves and breakfast was very good. Was not our plan to be in Toulouse but so glad we were to experience this hotel. Loved our stay.

At dinner asked for tuna to be well done. It was raw and I don't like raw fish.

Lovely hotel with a lovely little pool! Great for kids the breakfast staff even picked strawberries off their plant for my kids every morning, they loved it!

Breakfast expensive for what it is but convenient when you have children.
