Radisson Blu Park Hotel & Conference Centre

It was a one night stay, so, unfortunately we had no chance to try the pool and spa. But the room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is very convinient, we parked a car in the underground garage (costs 16 euro) and went to the city center by tram, which is 100 meters away. You can buy tickets at the reception. One tram, 20 minutes and you are in the center, how convinient is that. The breakfast was good too.

There was no water in the fridge in the room. Well, there was nothing at all in the fridge. The hotel needs renovation, but till they keep it clean, it will do.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety to fit all tastes. The children enjoyed the pool which offers both indoor and outdoor swimming + Spa pool. Car parking is on site and easy + has lots of spaces. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All speak English. There are restaurants in the vicinity if you prefer to eat out. Tram into Dresden close by.

No TV channels in English, but we streamed from our phones to the Smart-TV in the rooms. The spare bed is really for a small child, maybe for up to 10 years old or so. We had two rooms as we travelled with 3 teenagers. One slept on the extra bed and it was like sleeping on a camping bed. Next time we will book 3 rooms.

I am very glad we found this hotel. We stayed in the main building, the bathroom was indeed a bit old-school, but very clean and the rest of the room was clearly renovated with good interior design, a working cooling-heating AC and a very awesome sleeping concept. Dresden is very busy this time of the year, the hotel seemed to be fully booked, but the staff was still attentive, caring, making sure the guests are happy.

The bistro area where the breakfast took place was buzzing with chaos in the morning. The staff was always around to promptly clean up after people leaving so new guests can sit down, but it's still clear that the area was not sized for the capacity the hotel can hold. It would make sense to think about opening up the other restaurant area for breakfast in peak season.

Nice place located in a quiet area, a good hotel for relaxation. Breakfast was varied, plentiful. Staff was great, accommodating. Overall it was a very good stay..

The pillows were quite uncomfortable, and there were 2 of them on the bed, identical, surprisingly hot hallways, there is no watching TV, it is a big screen but few channels, 99% in German, the image was really bad.

The localisation of the hotel is winderful. Parking is fine. Room is also fine.

To small rooms, by the reception we arrived early, talking in EN and received info that our room was not ready. Near me stayed also the people from DE (btw we understand german language) and their 3 rooms were ready, funny… moreover on the reservation form lady change the rooms numbers printed before. Och it was suprised that for somebody rooms are, for somebody no. Also i understand that we were before check in so my opinion is not lower because of that🤩

Good option for transit travellers, who would like to have a rest in the calm place with ability to relax. Staff was very helpful. Good underground parking with plenty of space. If you do not want to go to the city, hotel restaurant will offer you very good quality dinner (and it was asparagus season!).

You would expect a gratis bottle of water in the room (there were team/coffe amenities, but no bottled water).

Nice pool area. Very nice sauna area which we unfortunately could not use with a child below 12 of age.

Basic breakfast, only one coffee station so often some waiting time. Very slow on refills for bacon, eggs and pancakes. Extra charge for using the pool area (5EUR pr person) and 16EUR for parking pr day - and limited options outside as the hotel is situated in a residential area.

Breakfast was very good. The location near the vineyards and close to the tramstop is excellent. The room was ok, but the distance between the right side of the double bed from the wall and especially from the window sill was very small and it was actually dangerous to get up and walk as the right -hand side of your body might get badly injured. I think this should be looked into and changed. We did not expect to pay for the swimming pool - during our last stay some years ago it was free. The swimming pool is great though.

See above. Plus the fact that the shower in the bathroom, the one above your head, starts flooding your head and body the moment you turn the tap. This is very unpleasant! The staff we tried to talk to in English responded in German with one or two English words only and switched into German. Would not expect it in today's Germany. Also our booking.com reservation did not mention the fact that our room was in one 'villa', not in the same building as the reception, restaurant and the spa. Walking across the yard was unpleasant, especially in heavy rain.

Check in was easy, staff friendly and attentive. Restaurant served a lovely local lunch, with local pilsner included, waiter was very friendly. We stayed in a family apartment in a separate villa towards the back. Walking through the hotel grounds with their fountains is very pleasant. Apartment was large and clean, beds were comfortable. In the evening the bar served a good selection of drinks. The aperol spritz was delicious. Our balcony overlooking the grounds/fountain was a great touch on a warm summer's evening. A comfy cot was provided for our 11-month old baby. Breakfast had a great variety and was tasty. Nice coffee. The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, ten minutes walk or less from the main road in one direction and 10-15 mins walk from a variety of vineyards in the other direction. The local wine is excellent!

The €15 parking fee for hotel guests. The €3 per person charge for guests to use the spa facilities, although the sauna and steam room were closed (I assume because of corona). The fact the connecting door between the two rooms we had (that makes it an apartment) opens outwards and blocks the corridor.

Very friendly staff, super clean room. The bed was really large, which was great. We were staying with out young child and the room had an excellent crib ready for us with a full set of towels, brilliant set of linen and even a little cup for water.

The bed mattress was a bit on the hard side. I have a bad back and sleep on a hard mattress, but this was a but too hard even for me. The room could have used a regular kettle.
