ACHAT Hotel Offenbach Plaza

My kids especially liked exploring in- and outside the hotel; running in the long hallways and enjoying the Nutella dispenser at breakfast.

I would have appreciated being able to look the beds together or somehow preventing them from sliding apart. I had to push them together so that my kids and I could sleep, but the beds would often slide apart during the night. Breakfast was a little pricey.

The staff at the reception for the first day was pretty nice guy and he was super professional. Every explanation was perfectly clear. The hotel itself looks not so new, but bathroom was completely renovated. Super comfortable bathroom. They have garage inside the hotel. They had towels for 2 person, even I was alone. It helped me very much.

The reception staff for the second day was not so professional. He did not know something, and he just tilted his neck... I as customer felt worry if reception guy was like this... The hotel is too big, and not square shape, so need to walk a lot if your room is in the other side. Wifi did not come at least to my room and the breakfast place.

Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Spectacular building. Very good area. Amazing Irish Pub just next door. Free on site parking. I would stay here again.

Door locks don't work properly. Sometimes it needs 4-5 attempts to make it open. I saw guests from nearby rooms had the same problem.

I stayed with my partner over the night, and the hotel was great. Comfy bed, beautiful building as an architectural landmark, very clean.

The only tricky moments were the Bathroom door, which is just glass door - can not be closed wit the key and not giving much privacy. Breakfast price was 19 euro per person and we did not take it.

very nice original hotel ! I liked everything! comfortable rooms, perfect price and quality! the sauna at the top of the hotel tower and the terrace is a very original solution!

Great place, spacious and modern rooms, very clean, friendly staff

The only downside was the absence of air conditioning, given that temperatures hovered above 30*C during our stay.

Wifi does not work well (not constantly come, too slow and too weak ) Even without Wifi, the Internet connection there is not good The room was bit far from elevator (maybe for German it is positive, because the room was super quiet)

A refrigerator, even a tiny bar fridge, would have been useful.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. And you have free parking which is always a plus.
