Fame Hotel Sunset Road

Only had a quick night stop here, was impressed with the hotel, a fun theme! Checked in around 1-2am, but staff were fine with that and very helpful! Comfy bed, good Wi-Fi and warm shower.

Only 2 pillows in double bed and they were quite thin, 4 pillows would have been better. The breakfast is limited, not much option for Western but didn’t really bother me!

Very close to everything, mall bali galleria, fast food chains like Starbucks,Burger King, McDonald’s are walking distance down the road. located on sunset rd, it is the main road that you drive out to when leaving the airport heading towards Legian. staff were very friendly, regardless of whether you want the towels taken every day and sheets changed or not, the staff still do this every morning around 10am-12.30pm (in between) & also mop your room floor so it’s clean for you to sleep in and to use again. the pool is rarely used, well… while I was there it was rarely used so I assume you could have the pool to yourself if you decide to use it at the right time. morning breakfast can be the same on some days, & different on the next, best to get in early at 6-8am, otherwise If you eat between 9.20-10am then the food may not be as fresh or it may be over cooked/cold. First in best served. Our stay there was very quiet for 6 days, but for the last 3 days we had some noisy people stay next to our room, I’m a fair guy, but making noise at 10pm-3am in morning is not fair for my fiancée as she loves her sleep. other then this, I recommend this hotel, & will definitely be coming back here again in the future. regards Josh.b @ room 225

It would of been nice if there was a chair or two on the balcony to sit outside, & there is no signage telling other guests to keep the noise down at a certain time at night so they don’t disturb other guests, who are doing the right thing by respecting others and keeping the noise down. Please look into this and let guests know that after 9pm on weekdays the noise should be kept at below average. It’s fine on weekends every now & then, people enjoy themselves I understand that, but if you’re going to be noisy, do it at a bar or something, not in a small room that have thin walls.

Everything was great, the room was minimalist but it catered to the basic needs. The ambiance and the Hollywood theme was fun for pictures. And the staff were so friendly. The location is very strategic, right off the main road and walking distances to all kinds of food I.e. McD, Korean, American, Starbucks, local padang etc. There is also underground parking if need be but getting taxi/grab was so easy. Even gojek riders were avaliable.

Not really a dislike, just note the breakfast caters to the local pallette so don't expect continental breakfast.

Good value for the money spent. Checked all the boxes of what should be there. Shower is good. Room is clean. Water kettle and coffee & tea present. Decent pool (no kiddie pool tho). Staff is friendly.

All is good. We had some noisy neighbors who kept on running and shouting in the halls visiting each other's room till 00.00 but that is not on the hotel of course.

The rooms are good and the facilities are decent. Good value for the price.

Breakfast was disappointing, the room is quite small. The water in the shower felt very soapy. After showering it felt like my body was still full of soap because my skin is still slippery. I don't know what they do with their water but it was not normal Parking space is too small for such a big hotel, very easily full.

Staff was helpful. Chef prepared special breakfast for us in vegetarian.

Room size was very small. Breakfast buffet didnt had any vegetarian options at all.

Amazing hotel! It was really worth it our stay. They have a pretty good breakfast, lots of options. And on Fridays and Saturdays they offer an amazing and cheap barbecue with karaoke!

Nice clean rooms with good AC, great buffet style breakfast, a good location to explore kuta but not be in the louder side of town. There is also some nice restaurants and good corner shops walking distance away

The smell of the detergent for the towel is truly annoying. I have to spray my perfume to reduce the smell. ;) Maybe its time to change the towels too. Ah, and I missed coffee in the room.

The location is just perfect if you're looking for a place close to airport and some shops. The room, the ambience, the staffs were excellent. Theres a super arrogant group came after me and they didnt want to queue. They keep on yelling asking their keys, while Im still having my check in and its on the middle of payment process. I was amazed how the staff handle my check in so calmly like no other buzzing sound around Him. I Forgot his name, but salute and respect for the receptionist. They served buffett breakfast with healthy protocol. We feel so protected. They didnt open the swimming pool, which is good. Keep up the good works. Well return for sure!.
