The Sakaye Villas & Spa

Great choice in breakfast, and they ask the time if delivery to your room. Was great until breakfast was an hour late on a day that we had planned to go out. Endless complimentary supply of water was amazing! Rooms clean, comfortable beds and pillows:

The villa was beautiful, just not suitable for young children as their room opened up right at the pool, and we couldn’t hear them from our room, so one of us had to sleep with them. Breakfast was late on a day that we had planned to go out so we missed out on a couple things. Accidentally dropped a teapot lid and was charged $10AU haha. They also need some non slip mats on the tiles, very slippery when wet an just beside the pool. We had to use all towels to put on tiles to prevent falling.

The staff were so lovely and accomodating. The breakfasts were so great with lots of variety. Delivered on time each morning. We were so well looked after and the villas are beautiful with the plunge pool and options of floating breakfasts. My husband surprised me with flowers floating in the pool which the staff arranged. I got sick on the last day and the staff arranged a doctor to visit straight away and delivered some ginger tea. We would definately stay here again.

We had a scooter to get around. You'' need one of these to get to the beach or shops (5 minute ride) unless you take a taxi. Bit far to walk.

Breakfast was brilliant, many choices ,delivered to the room at my time requested. Superior to buffet in my opinion. The private (7x 2.4m) swimming pool was a standout. We used the pool constantly, in private , which was so nice. As it was low season (February) guests were offered lower in house rates for spa facilities which we couldn’t resist and had massages and body treatments twice a day. That was so lovely being able to afford those services. The restaurant had a wide variety of foods and drinks on offer and we ordered food every day. Quality of food was high and affordable. Not to mention the staff would be a big mistake, as they were exceptional. Couldn’t be more helpful. It’s only a 29 room hotel built Bali style , big rooms , pools ,individual attention to your needs eg Balinese massage which made our 11 night holiday very memorable. Well done sakaye villas .

Greeting Dear all staff in sakaye villas & spay Please be informed that you did really very good job During my stay helped me a lot even the employee were sweet & cooperative I did really enjoy each moment in the Villa you did provide very high quality service for me I really appreciate it and love Bali so it won’t be my last time in Bali it recommended for everyone therefore I will come back on May with five of my friends in the Wish you all the best guys. the property itself was stunning and in a convenient location. very clean and tidy. a special mention to the customer service throughout our stay, this was outstanding. We had Dynda who was extremely responsive via WhatsApp even before we got to the place, and accommodated all my requests without any hassle efficiently, including Valentine’s Day requests. another shout out to Debi, from the front desk, without him we would have been lost! he took us around to all the attractions personally and got the best deals, and looked after us well, Debi you are a superstar. then there was also Dewayu from the front desk, who was extremely helpful, and helped us extra on Valentine’s Day, including coming down personally to take photos of us, she is always ready to help you with the warmest and friendliest smile. the security gentleman was also very very helpful ( he worked on 18/2/2023)in addition to this, all staff were amazing.

Clean and rooms, free wifi and lovely! staff so helpful and kind, I twisted my ankle and the staff where so kind brought me ice to the room helped when needed really took care of us while we stayed there. nice and close to all areas around with a little mini mart three shops to the left of it for drinks snacks ect.. to put in rooms with fridge. only a little kitchen so can’t cook in them but other than that I highly recommend!! it was our first trip to Bali from Australia and it was amazing!!

Villa was faultless. Amazing pool, much bigger than I expected, everything was clean and well maintained, staff were fantastic - I unfortunately got sick during my stay and had offers to make me ginger tea whenever they saw me which was so lovely!

Only thing I personally didn't like about the location was it's on a fairly busy road that is hard to cross, other than that - absolutely faultless stay!

I was booking the 1 bedroom pool villa on last minute and surprisingly the villa was ready and immaculate. Something that you rarely find during the pandemic. The staff is nice, check in was smooth, and the pool size is very big for a 1 bedroom villa. I've been staying in plenty of private villas and must say this one is a gem considering the price tag. Such a fantastic value. We will be back 😃 Oh and I love the water pressure and hot water is consistent.

It would be great if the property has sun loungers for us to chill by the pool but I see that would compromise the pool size which we loved. Maybe adding a bean bag can be a nice feature.

The location is very convenient and the staff are amazing. Had the best 9 nights in Bali with my wife. Arrived on my 30th birthday and in my villa was a really lovely letter wishing me a happy birthday, then to find a couple of cold bintangs in the fridge with a cake they had prepared.. honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay

The wifi was a bit poor on my phone but maybe it was just my phone?.
