The people were all welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. The 24 hour desk was helpful and it was a nice feeling having security and people around as a solo traveller. The food court nearby was only 1 minute walk and had amazing options. The hotel was a close walk to the beach.

The restaurant had a couple of amazing local dishes but was largely western food options, which was disappointing. I would have loved to have seen more Indonesian food featured. The Indonesian food they did serve was delicious.

The hotel rooms were really good. The spa was so amazing. very cheap prices and best massage I have ever had in my life! The food and cocktails were brilliant! the staff were fantastic they couldn’t do more for you. They catered for me being gluten free and so friendly. Special mention to April she was so lovely and made our stay so nice. Thank you so much!

The pool is in the shade most of the time. if your not a sunbather this would not be an issue. The decking around the pool could do with an upgrade. The cockerels in neighbouring areas are very loud but this is common in Bali. They are cockerels everywhere due to tradition.

Very friendly staff. Good location within 10 minute walk to centre of the action and about 20 minutes to the beach. Gojek drivers can easily deliver here. Big bonus that the hotel remains relatively cool throughout the day as the design allows for good airflow. Nice outdoor balcony space with large comfy built in seating. Wifi OK. Hot water in shower and room was relatively clean although overall the hotel is in a little rough shape. Would definitely book again.

Breakfast just OK. I would say it's worth 50k primarily for convenience. The hot entree was always terribly overdone...I suspect it was the leftover from the previous nights dinner. Two juices, egg station, fresh fruit and rice, noodles and hot entree. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening so bring your bug repellent.

The location is easy to find and near the food corner, so you won’t have any trouble to find any kind of food. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, really represented the beaches in Bali. The room is quite large, they upgraded us to junior suite, we really appreciate it.

I asked for early check in at 1 PM, but in the end they only can let us checked in at 2 PM (normal check in time). As a MotoGP fan, I want to watch the race at 2 PM, either in local TV channel or international channel, but sadly, even the local TV channel in this hotel can’t access the race show. The last one, the room was clean, but we found some little ants below the bed.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the room in the ground floor with pool access was very good. The staff was friendly and they helped us to extend our stay for one additional day. The swimming pool was nice and welcoming, and the price was very convenient, as you are close to many restaurants, a food court and a commercial street within walking distance. We stayed two nights before flying out from Denpasar and it was very convenient.

We only had problems with noisy neighbors as they had kids playing in the pool during the day and adults drinking and talking loudly in the balcony in the night.

A great place to stay in Bali. Very friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to welcome you with open heart. Everything about the hotel is excellent, clean, stylish and spacious. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. A good swimming pool for the kids to keep them occupied. Special thanks to the lovely team of Nyoman, April, Eka, Febri, Tika, Windu, Mita, Mahendra and the rest for making our stay so special and memorable.

The rooms are very confortable and the bathroom is modern. They gave new towels, soap, water, tee, sugar, and coffee every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful in case of an issue. There is an ATM 20 meters away from the hotel. And of course the price is just so cheap for such an Hotel. Also the food at the hotel restaurant (except breakfast buffet) is very tasty for very good price.

It's Bali so I had several surprises... First surprise I had a huge cockroach in my room... I told the reception and they change my room. After that another surprise, there was a huge hornets nest on my balcony swarming with hornets .. again I told them and they removed it the next day. At some point there was issue with the bathroom sink and same, I changed room. Also if you are not used to tropical country do NOT brush you there with tap water. I did this mistake and got diarrhea for 1 week ... Finally I really didn't like the breakfast buffet. As a french person everything was out of taste, and there weren't anything tasty for me there.

The staff were amazing and really made the place feel warm and welcoming, especially Norman, April and Cynthia (and no, it wasn'tjust the weather). We felt sad our trip had to come to an end because of these people. Location is nice and close to Legian St but far enough away that it's quiet. It's very close to the famous Legian Food Court as well as Fat Tony's burger joint, about a 10 minute walk to Legian St (cut that down to 6 minutes when you find the shortcut next to the neighbouring primary school) and about 15 minutes to Garlic Lane. There's also a Pharmacy 5 minutes away the staff can point you in the direction of. Restaurant food is decent and priced well. Their burgers are good and the Bintangs are cold and a fair price also. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the showers have good shower heads with decently hot water. The in-house Spa was relaxing with professional staff and had reasonable rates, only slightly more expensive than the those outside the hotel. They have an in-house laundry service but there's a great little laundry right across the road that charges by the kg that is a fraction of the price. The pool is mostly in shade throughout the day which keeps the water temp cool and is great on a hot day but limits the time you can spend getting a tan.

As you'd expect after 2.5 years of little to no income during covid lockdowns, there are a number of maintenance issues to address but most of these things are minor. The biggest issue was that there was quite a bit of rust on my balcony balustrade with one of the bars rusted right through at the bottom.
