Abia Villas

The Villa set up is beautiful, lovely staff and the cost and friendliness of the room service was phenomenal. Fantastic location and very comfortable stay.

Our villa on our 4th night had some electrical issues at around 10pm, they sent in a maintenance person who very clearly had no idea what he was doing (at one point put a fork into a electrical socket) one of the bedrooms had something sparking. We just stood around for almost an hour late at night while they tried to fix it, they only moved us to a different villa after we went up and requested it at reception. Everyone was extremely lovely and helpful but it could have been handled better. In addition some of the towels and bed sheets weren’t that clean with some marks and stains on them. I saw the clean laundry being delivered so it is likely an issue with their supplier rather than the hotel themselves.

We stayed in a two bedroom Villa and it was just delightful. As you walk through the door you enter the outside area with pool, tea and coffee making facilities, dining table and fridge. There is also a couch and TV area, all undercover. The pool was really clean and the hotel had organised a pool fence to be put up for us which really gave me peace of mind with my little toddler. The two rooms had sliding doors which opened out into the pool area. The rooms were very spacious and the large bed was soooo comfortable! Each room also had its own bathroom with separate bath and an open roof shower which was really refreshing in the evening after a hot day. I also had a couple of super relaxing bubble baths. Bathroom products (shampoo / conditioner / shower gel etc) we're provided. Each day four bottles of water were placed in the kitchen area and two more in each bathroom. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day which was so nice to come back to after busy days out. Most of all the staff were just delightful! They were all so friendly and welcoming, and if we ever needed anything we just had to ask and they went out of their way to help us out, including organising for us to rent a stroller for our toddler which was brought to the hotel for us to use while we were there. The location is great with lots of shopping nearby, cafes and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach.

I had airport pickup arranged ahead. Denny was such a pleasure to meet; he messaged me before I landed and it was easy to find him at the airport out of millions of different signs there. Thank you Denny for making the pickup process so easy. Love your big smile, even when we were stuck in heavy traffic :) My friend and I also very much enjoyed the tour we booked with Abia with Cok Bagus. We particularly wanted to see a few things from the tour to Ubud and surroundings, and Cok helped us realise that - thanks a lot for everything Cok! It was such a fun day spent with you. During our stay, we booked a spa and unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute since we were so late due to unpredictable traffic in Bali. The girls and all staff were very kind to accommodate us for a shower before we headed for airport. We very much appreciate that and will definitely come back!

Absolutely stunning Villa! It’s outdoor living areas and bathroom wasn’t something I’d usually book but I was so impressed by Quilty of the Villa and how beautiful it was. Staff came every evening to burn mosquitoes coils, we didn’t have an issue with mosquitoes at all. The bed was very comfortable. The staff we lovely and for my birthday they helped my partner surprise me by doing up the room with balloons flowers, a cake and of course towel characters this was for my 30th birthday and I felt so special.

The only thing I didn’t like was having the lose pebbles around the shower for elderly people, people with mobility issues or people with disabilities this could would be dangerous. Another huge stone slab next to the shower to step out on would be all it needs to make it safer.

Fantastic villa and really great location, we highly recommend Abia Villas. So much to mention it is hard to know where to start. First off the staff was simply amazing, always happy to see you and always ready to help, nothing was too much trouble. We received some exceptional recommendations for places to eat, nothing like local knowledge! The location is great, off the main drag so nice and quiet but still just a short walk to so much shopping and eating, only 10 minutes to the beach if that is your thing. The villa was always clean and it is well appointed with everything we needed for a week stay. Love the outdoor shower, it is fully enclosed and the rest of the bathroom is under cover, showering in a garden courtyard is a unique experience. I was a bit nervous at first but it was great. The bed was super comfortable, always a worry but no trouble here and the icy cold aircon helped with a good nights sleep. The private pool was surprisingly large, not just a plunge pool and it was always exceptionally clean with crystal clear water. We ate breakfast every day at the in house restaurant and bar, had a couple of other meals there as well and many cocktails and beers. Absolutely no complaints there either. Once again exceptional staff and lots of different options as well as outstanding cooking. Even if you are not staying at the Villas I would recommend trying out the restaurant.

Amazing villa for a relaxing stay in Legian! Located inside a small road making it a calm & silent place right next to otherwise busy area. Villa was clean, modern and having all items you need to relax. Bed was super comfortable, and bedsheets nice & soft. Staff was excellent and friendly, always willing to assist you with your requests - whether it was villa related or other. If you're wondering - yes, toilet area is under roof but in the 'open'. However, it created no issues for us - on the contrary, having a shower under the cloud was a nice experience (and we had no issues with any lizards or other animals). Pool was clean and filtering system was running during the day (for those who have shallow sleep - it won't bother you at night). Breakfast selection was good, and food was tasty. Worth every cent, highly recommended!

AMAZING!!! We loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate coming back again. The location is awesome, back from the hustle and bustle into a quiet sanctuary. An easy walk to Legian and Kuta Beach or wander through the streets to restaurants and markets. It is an easy commute to Seminyak and beyond. The villa was open, airy, and well laid out. We loved the outdoor bathroom and kitchenette. There is air-con and fans to combat the humidity besides the perfect sized plunge pool. The restaurant serves delicious cocktails and room service hours are extensive for late night snacks. The staff members are friendly and courteous. We couldn't request more. Airport pick-up and tour services are offered.

Clean place and friendly staff. Pool was nice but not heated! Rooms cleaned to a high standard. The attached cafe did a good coffee and food.

Very disappointed not to have a drop of milk on arrival- they provide a few teabags a kettle but no milk! We also went and bought a gallon of water as they only provide 2 small bottles. Regularly had a mozzie in the room but staff would fumigate and put Coils in courtyards, however, still had one or two Mozzies to keep you awake, itchy and a few bumps the next day. Probs the same in most hotels.

As my daughter has mobility issues I loved the level flat surfaces with minimum stairs. The wonderful staff made you feel extremely welcome. The villa was kept very clean and the gardens were beautiful. The access to the Cafe was so convenient and the food they serve was delicious. The rooms were very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The location was very good for us as we were close to our friends in the area and access to transport,if required, was easy. Easy and relaxing days with your own pool equals a great holiday.

We just stayed at the Lovely Abia villas. The staff were outstanding and took care of everything we needed with a smile and even put up with my husbands poor attempts and speaking Indonesian. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all the creature comforts and the private pool was always at the perfect temperature. The attached cafe/bar served us countless delicious meals and cocktails whether it was breakfast lunch or dinner and even had live music on certain nights. Great location 10/10 would stay here again.
