There is a small reception area and all the staff are all very polite and friendly. The pool is just as you leave the lobby and head to the rooms in what can be described as a small tropical Oasis. The rooms are just the right size with a decent bathroom where the shower is separated from the toilet. Nice fresh linens, comfortable bed, very good wifi, toiletries etc. They have a different choice of breakfast every couple of days. TV has several English channels and many news channels. There is a proper small fridge and not just a minibar fridge which is nice to have. I had issues with a flight booking I made and Dwi was so very helpful to get it all solved for me. A lovely quiet little place. I walked to the shops and the beach. May be too far to walk for some but I had no issues.

Really loved our stay here. Staff and grounds are lovely, very tranquil spot away from the chaos of Kuta. Pool was great and we loved the family rooms with the large balcony seating area. Would definitely stay again.

The beach is approx. 20 min walk via shops which isn't too far but can seem longer in the heat of the day and with kids..

Object was clean, comfortable, nice breakfast and kind stuff.

We had big problems with mosquitos. Enormous amount of them was in the room and were fighting with them whole night…

The staff was super friendly, the breakfast choices were great! I’ve stayed at this location for 2 months, and I would definitely go back! It’s quiet, comfortable, and I felt very safe here. The staff is also so welcoming and their kindness is very much appreciated. Everything in my room was great, the cleanliness, the comfort, and the AC always felt nice.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. Besides the mosquitoes throughout the night while sitting out on the patio for a smoke haha but other than that, there was nothing I didn’t like.

I was worried about my booking once we arrived in Bali and none of the drivers had heard about the suites. But this place is total value for money. It was perfect for us with our 2 kids. The air con was super cold, the suites had everything we needed for a few nights stay and anything extra was just a few minutes walk down the road. The staff were lovely and it was so quiet. The pool wasn't freezing, rooms were big enough to relax in and the outdoor area for the family room was a nice addition.

If I was going to fault anything it would be to have a bigger fridge. A bar fridge isn't big enough for a family. More options for dietary requirements for breakfast would be super appreciated and a fan in the outdoor area as it was like a sauna out there, plus loads of mosquitoes.

it is very close to a gym called “the bar” which we loved. there is a cafe one block away (5min walk), called warung dedawa, now called Puti coffee. The cafe is really lovely and affordable. Staff were lovely and helpful!

They just reopened not long ago. There were some renovation work in the hotel as well as places around the hotel. it could be a bit noisy during the day. But I believe it would get better after some time. The pool is slightly dirty.

- Our booking came with breakfast which was basic, but nice to start the day. They also provided coffee, tea and sugar in the room but no milk for our coffee. - Our children were in the room next to ours, but we had a shared space (balcony area) which also had a microwave and a fridge. - Guests could get water from the dispenser at Reception. - Friendly and accommodating staff. - The rooms were well-equipped and had everything we needed. They even provided room slippers and bathrobes. - Close to supermarkets. - Great pool.

- Pool towels would be nice to have. Also not enough seating area (3 lounge beds) near the pool. - Location is a bit far to walk to Legian/Seminyak main areas with children, especially in the heat and humidity.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom is nice and modern and again, very clean. The water pressure is good and the water clean. The room size is not very big but honestly it was enough for us. The sheets are clean and the bed is comfortable. They bring the breakfast to your room every morning, which is nice. The pool was clean and there was always someone at the front desk. The wifi was ok, not great but decent. We extended our stay for 2 weeks because we liked it very much. The location is amazing. Quiet, yet very close to the main road that takes you everywhere. Also a lot of shopping centers and restaurants close. There is a really good coffee place right next door! A really good hotel, i would come back.

The biggest dislike: it kind of depends on your neighbors. If they make noise (even loud talking and laughing in the other room), you will hear it. I think the walls are very thin between rooms. Our room was also on the ground floor and some mornings we were awaken by the other guests. There is also a construction going on next door, which is definitely not their fault, but keep this in mind, its a little loud during the day. The breakfast was not great. Limited options and the portions are also small. The AC did not cool very well, it has to be turned on for an hour or so to cool down the room and because the room was small, it got hot very quickly. So the AC was turned on most of the time. I think you should work on this because there is a lot of energy wasted.

Friendly staff, always available to help. The pool was perfect for laps, and I usually had it all to myself. Most of the day there is some shade from trees, which is great on a hot day. Although the area was noisy with construction going on nearby, inside the room with the doors closed it was really quiet. The bed was comfortable, the shower excellent, the air conditioning sublime and the little balcony delightful. The wifi was adequate, better than expected. I had a 2-hour Zoom meeting in my room with no problem at all.

The breakfast wasn't always great. They have a choice and the one I'd recommend is the muesli and yoghurt. The first floor (ie ground floor) rooms, one of which I stayed in the first night, are a little claustrophobic if you like to see the sky. I recommend the 2nd (ie first) floor rooms, they are absolutely wonderful. I loved this friendly little hotel, would definitely stay there again.
