Gora Beach Inn

The room was basic and simple, but most importantly clean. They didn’t do any housekeeping, but I’m sure if I had asked they would have, I actually enjoyed just being left alone. The TV worked well, the AC was powerful and the bathroom was functional. We had a room right by the pool which was nice and the little terrace in front was great for just relaxing during the day. The drying rack was also a very good addition. The location was perfect, right by the nightlife. But you could not hear anything! I was so surprised, I couldn’t believe we were right by all the busy streets and yet as soon as we entered Gora Beach Inn it was so peaceful and quiet. Of course there’s lots to improve on, but I think for the price and location it really is superb. Tips: bring toiletries only a bendy toothbrush and mini toothpaste are provided. Don’t leave any food in the room the ants will come. Use the pool in the morning when it’s cooler. Go eat at Warung Indonesia (1 minute walk, on Jalan Poppies II) super cheap and delicious.

Bathroom needed a bit of loving. A few shelves would have helped for my toiletries. The pool was quite warm during the day.

- We came very late almost 3 am in the morning, but the staff really helpful when we want to change our room at 4 am in the morning. The 1st room, the door broken and cannot be locked, so we requested to change the room after we realize the door is broken, he fulfilled our request immediately. - The room are very basic, not expecting much with the price we pay considered cheap, but overall is good. - Location are perfect! In the centre of everything. Walking distance to the beach, good cafe, restaurant, grocery. Close to shopping mall. In very busy area, but quiet. Will not hear traffic sounds.

- They didn't provide plastic for trash, only basket without plastic. - Can improve the cleanliness.

The friendly staff and the room have nice view to the pool. My family really enjoy staying at Gora.

There is only one thing, but it's a big thing for me. There was just a thin blanket provided. Not even a top sheet. Ideally I would like a thin duvet. I would accept a reasonable blanket and sheet, but just a blanket?? It's definitely not good enough. Luckily I always travel with a silk sleeping bag liner for emergencies but I really didn't expect to need it here!

great staff, spacious room, very comfortable and nice, I was really happy with this overall.

I were missing a fridge and water cattle, would be nice to have :) difficult to store any food as the ants came really fast, there was constantly some very small ants in the room.

I loved the way I was greeted with smiles and friendly words from Wayan , Sister and all of the staff❣️ Always ready to help me and always had great conversations.

I originally requested a room with a double bed but ended up with two unlevel singles beds put together.

It's a great location, easy to walk around Kuta, and go to the beach. Great value for the price.

The pool is too warm during the day, so can't really use it. The internet was excellent at times, and other times not. Like 50/50. A bit unreliable for remote work.

Great hidden place with a nice pool! Felt like I was outside of the chaos a bit. The room was clean and the pool was nice.

It was located close to Kuta Beach (8 minutes on foot). The staff was friendly, the surrounding environment was always kept clean, and the water quality in the pool was well maintained.

Great hotel family run couldn't ask for a more friendly and hospitiful staff and management. Great location 👌 and cook up a delicious breakfast 😋 fully recommended 👌
