We had two bookings for different days, and both were with connected rooms for 3 people. They gave us separate room in the first booking. We didn't complain. But, in the second booking a few days later, they gave us our right room and it was better than the separate rooms. They event put more toilet stuff (like razors and shower cap) in the connected room. In the second booking, the bathroom still had waste on the toilet, we called to the counter and they came to the lobby. The nearby beach is dirty

Great location and very clean and professional hotel. Very comfy and great to get a good night’s sleep and be in a nice environment

Not much choice for breakfast (no cereals for instance) and it generally depends on the staff and their expertise of English if they can help you with requests or not.

i love the location. The staffs really made a big difference during my 2 weeks stay at this hotel.

bathroom : shower was a little bit dirty. shower curtain should be changed frequently. Breakfast menu was good for the first few days. Aftet the 5th day i basically got tired of the same items every single day. i expressed my concern to the kitchen staff and the front desk but nothing was being done.So i decided to buy my own food for breakfast. Please consider my suggestion for the next long stay guests.

I couldn’t eat anything at breakfast due to my allergies and the manager got the chef to cook me a seperate special breakfast based on my allergies where I could also choose what I wanted. plus 24 hour reception, amazing service, room service is so cheap and good too

wifi did not always work

The room was super comfy but a bit smaller than I expected but that was alright as I was travelling alone and don't need too much space. The location was right in the centre of Kuta with ample of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The beach was a 15 min walk which was ideal. Great value for money and the breakfast was also nice. They have a late checkout which is super convenient.

The view from the room was not what I expected but then again I wasn't in the room apart from when I came back to sleep. I don't really have anything to say about the things I didn't like because there was only 1 or 2 things which I can overlook.

The breakfast was goid bit need some more western things on menu like Bacon Baked Beans and maybe add some banana and pineapple.

Everything was good till I was told my sheets and pillowcase hadn't been changed in 20 days as they reckon I put tattoo ink on pillowcase bit it was hair dye and they never said anything till we where checking out and charged me to wash them and I said well maybe next time tell me and I would of went and bought a dark pillowcase..

i really like how the hotel keep and maintain the good standard as i really like the clean and cozy hotel as i have asthma and my asthma will getting worse if the place is not clean and cozy. kind and helpful staff, they even looking the best tour list and facilities that this hotel offer to support my holiday as per my limited budgets. fyi this is my 2nd visit and the first ones when it was still in the pandemic and now Bali more people to come and nice. the safety is also great. the room has Kiblat position if you are Moslem like me. I ordered the superior room only and i love high so i was at the 3rd floor. the room has refrigerators would make me love this hotel. the restaurant for breakfast are on rooftop and the restaurant are also at the front of the hotel near the lobby. thank you as I really enjoy my staying there ❤️👍🥰😊😍😘😘😊❤️❤️the staff even allowed me to have late check out as the prayer time is 12.20 PM while the check out time is 12 PM. so i can have my Zhuhur prayer first before check out 🙏❤️😘

one thing they have no Musholla facility so it’s better to have a prayer first before you check out 😊

Great amenities and services, and I felt like I was getting a really good deal for what I paid for. The rooms were very comfortable and I had a great rest every night.

The location was advertised as being central, which is true. But I think when I went it actually suffered for being too central, as I couldn't get any gojek or grab to pick me up, forcing me to use either expensive taxis or booking a private car for the day. Oh, also my room phone was a little wonky (it kept on being disconnected), and I'd have appreciate charging ports near the bed.

Location was amazing. First timer was with us so great to be able to walk out the door and show her all of the sites, head to the market, beach, bars and restaurants all around. The rooftop pool was nice. Breakfast wasn't the best we've had but it was sufficient. Staff were nice. This is a cheap and cheerful accommodation. Expect it to reflect this. If you're wanting something a bit more upmarket then pay the bit extra.

The noise from the other guests was definitely there but we brought ear plugs as we knew because of the location it would be the way.

The food for breakfast Is so.blend And the food is plain all same Noodle change to different Noodle Chicken change next day to fish And it came repeat the same food every morning,they need to brush up their breakfast menu they having a plain n blend that never meet our expectations because we pay for the room plus the breakfast and is expensive and we expect a great breakfast and it turn up suck ... What I can say the worst breakfast to have So I suggest if want to take the room just take room do not take with breakfast is just waste of Ur money...
