The staff They are absolutely amazing Nothing is ever too much trouble for them They are extremely friendly It was my birthday during my stay and they even surprised me with a birthday cake!!! The food is also fantastic especially the calamari rings and club sandwich. Had a massage in the spa and it was the best.

The hotel is down a quiet alley , almost an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the main street, Rooms and en suite where modern and very clean, central pool with swim up bar was excellent , motorbike and Bemo rental at hotel front door

Hard to fault this place as its rated 3 star and better than a lot of higher rated hotels ive stayed in , while the wifi was good in general i had problems with my cromecast when i used it in my room , nothing major

Location is perfect if you’re looking for the nightlife it is about a four minute walk to sky garden but hotel is down a quite alley and you can’t hear any noise. had everything on site that you need - pool bar - room service - money exchanger - massage parlour also had a scooter hire right at the front door The best thing about this hotel had to definitely be the staff they were very friendly and didn’t mind to have a laugh with you.

The only thing I could fault was the price of alcohol here a Smirnoff was roughly about 80,000 which works out to be about eight dollars Australian

In the heart of Kuta. The hotel is situated down an alleyway off the main strip of Kuta. It’s very quiet and peaceful once you’re away from the hustle and bustle. 5-10 minutes walk from restaurants and bars. 15-20 minutes walk from Kuta beach and the strip of restaurants along there. Beware walking here you can’t get anywhere without getting a grab. Pool is great, nice addition with a pool bar. Our room was modern, had a mini bar, kettle, tv with Netflix and YouTube. The shower’s force was good and never had issues with hot water. Our room was housekept daily which was excellent! There’s a scooter hire down the alleyway right next to the hotel too which made for convenience.

The reception staff’s English is poor so it was hard to communicate with them most of the time. On a few occasions when I’d ask a question I was told I’d receive a call from my hotel phone once they had an answer for me. However I never got the follow-up calls. My advice next time is to always prioritise your guests with any questions or concerns they have asap, It shows initiative and care.

It’s was so clean linen changed daily, the staff were so friendly and sweet and the people staying here were social so we had a few good nights by the pool drinking at the bar. Would definitely stay here again. The food was Devine and the pool area so good and it’s quiet. Close to everything

Beds could have been a little bit more comfortable but you still have an amazing sleep.

Travels with kids. We are amazed by all the hotel Front Office staff and housekeeping on their customer service. They were friendly and attentive. Their caliber is great uppermost. Seeing a genuine smile in their eyes represents passion for their work. Such as Mustika, Nana, Surya, Yunita, Dila, Putra, and Jun. Security Sujapa, Mang Adi, We had a good and relaxing massage attended by Wawan. Thanks to Putu from the reservation. His swift response to my inquiry and request was astounding. A room deco and cake took place upon our check-in. A roundtrip hotel transport service by Pucuk while he ensured that we were comfortable and safe throughout our trips. The room was clean, the pool was good, the hotel is quiet and safe and the place was very accessible. 3min walk to a 24-hour clinic and convenient shops. 2min walk to the pharmacy and is open until 10 pm. 15min walk from the hotel to the beach and shopping mall. 2 min walk to Nasi Padang shops from the hotel.

The breakfast was fabulous and enough variety to choose from. The staff were all amazing and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Everything about our stay was truly wonderful. Perhaps just some softer pillows would be nice but this was a minor issue given the cleanliness and hospitality being so perfect.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had modern tiling and was clean.. The pool was nice and relaxing with the bar in the pool. Great to have a fridge and kettle with tea/ coffee. Plenty of little shops nearby to get some milk. Down a lane made it quiet but the driver completely missed it and we walked up. Although vehicles can get down the lane with no problems. Enjoyed the Pacific power points in the room.

There is no lift to carry bags upstairs to the second floor. But the staff help to carry them
