Kuta Paradiso Hotel

We have stayed here several times and Kuta Paradiso never disappoints. We stayed in a super deluxe pool view room that had been freshly painted and with new curtains. It was very clean and had very good air-con. Super comfy bed, pillows and bedding. I love the security at this hotel and the giant lobby area. Beautiful and interesting pool with plenty of little quiet nooks to lounge around in the water by myself. Alternatively there is an area to let loose and shoot hoops in the pool, something for everyone. Lots of sun loungers to choose from. Nice clean bathroom with lovely toiletries and big white towels. Excellent wifi in our room and good power sockets throughout to recharge devices. One of the best buffet breakfasts you can get in this area and the spa does amazing massages! One morning the restaurant staff paraded out of the kitchen all singing happy birthday to a little girl .. I especially loved that they were using big 20L water bottles to drum along, and their smiles were so big !.. a special moment! I like that the new Kuta markets and the beach can still be easily accessed through the side carpark of the hotel. Free airport shuttle and close to restaurants, shops, Waterbom Park and Discovery Mall. I had read some not so good reviews of this hotel but it exceeded my expectations considering the hit that Bali took during covid when so many hotels closed. Everyday we could see quiet upgrades and improvements happening around the hotel. Kuta Paradiso is my go-to place to stay for 3 or 4 days before I fly home. I definitely will stay again.

There wasn't much pool view from our pool-view room. I would love it if management could recommend a great room with an equally great view for my next visit. You will find newer hotels down towards Legian but they won't have the ambience, friendliness or style that Kuta Paradiso has.

breakfast was great you had chef on hand to cook your eggs they way you like pool was lovely room could you a deep clean after being closed for covid but otherwise it was clean

Staff were very friendly and free shuttle to and from airport. Hotel a little bit tired and in need of luck of paint but aren't most. Pool is lagoon like rather than long in length. Poolside food good tasty and good price. Poolside bingo in afternoon was fun. Breakfast was good and big beds real comfy. Ten min walk to Seminyak beachfront and lots of restaurants on doorstep. Less than 10 mins from airport. Got free massage about £20 voucher for food and 15% voucher as well.Would stay again.

Hotel poss needed a lick of paint here and there but not too bad.

Another fantastic stay at my home away from home Staff treat me like family hotel fantastic they are beginning to improve some areas that became a bit sad during Covid along with improving wi fi service to rooms Every staff member is great always helpful friendly and polite they bend over backwards to accommodate your every whim Rooms are quite large comfortable and clean grounds are always clean and tidy I personally cannot fault the hotel staff or service

Only complaint i would have is that maybe mugs could be provided in breakfast area as the cups are so small and lots of people prefer a mug of tea or coffee rather than a piddly little cup

We forgot to mention about my wife's 50th birthday during checkin..Ideally would have expected the hotel to recognize the date based on the passport info and surprise us..anyways asked at the front desk and breakfast entry on that day..faced the standard answer about advance notification of 1 day...by chance asked the chef Wayan Sumantra @coffee shop if something can be done within 1hr..he immediately suggested as quick fix Pancake..I was like anything ok to make it special for my wife...when we were down for breakfast Wayman Sumantra went the extra mile to custom make a cake and get his team to wish my wife..This guy is clearly for keeps..he has risen to the occasion and got his team to deliver...This definitely was the highlight of the 1week stay in your hotel..Our blessings to him and his team :)

Did not get the top star hotel feel as perhaps the facilities need some touchup and paint job

I love the staff at the hotel they go out of their way to ensure guests are happy and comfortable The hotel like many in Bali is still trying to get back on its feet after Covid its a little sad in some areas but i would imagine as more money starts to come in that management will upgrade facilities etc Fabulous location very clean hotel if i wasnt happy i wouldnt stay here all the time

Lots of places in Kuta shut up but those that are open are making every effort to keep tourists happy There is nothing about the hotel i didnt like everything in my opinion was great every single staff member treat you like one of the family and will bend over backwards to make sure your stay is enjoyable

Amazing choice for breakfast, could not fault it. Pool was great with a bar close by and room etc was very comfortable and exceptionally clean with balcony overlooking the gardens. Location was very good several first class restaurants within walking distance. Waterbom Park virtually across the main road. Staff were great and very friendly.

The hotel appeared to have suffered post covid depression and obviously needed updating both inside and outside. A fresh coat of paint would have worked wonders.

Nice location, not too far from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast selection. Great perks in the form of food vouchers and discounts and free massage session if you stay long enough (13 days in my case).

Had to move to another room after a/c stopped working. With the second room some of the power plugs stopped working. They provided a workable alternative to fix that. Like all older hotels the rooms and facilities start to show their age, but this is still value for the money you spend.

Breakfast and pool area were excellent (which was what I wanted). Short stroll to beach and restaurants. Staff all very friendly, book swap, gym, room cleaned while I was at breakfast. I didn't realise I had massage included. Was for two but I was travelling alone, so they let me go twice! :)

Wifi only worked around the pool and on my balcony. Something scrabbling in roof at night, and maybe old wake up calls not wiped off phone, I had to take it off hook after being woken at 5.20!

On both occasions when room WAS available..there were problems...first room 366 no water and some of the power points didn't work....second stay room166 ,no power had to get electrician to repair...also when I left on Monday night my Balinese wife stayed to leave on Tuesday.... apparently the baggage staff refused or just didn't want to help her...she had to carry a large bag to her cousins car ,who was organised to take her back to Lovina ..this also happened at a previous hotel stay in Bali...🤬🤬🤬🤬when I left and my wife stayed to check out the next day...the staff were very rude and tried to tell her she was not entitled to things as if I was there...not good 😡😡😡
