Zia Hotel Kuta

Me and my friend had a wonderful stay in Zia Hotel Kuta. The place was great with the best price for budget travelers like us. The rooms were spacious and every day make up room. Their buffet was also great even though it has limited options. Thank you Bayu for the smooth check in as well as an awesome stay! Thank as well, Julie, for the unique omelet and serving us with awesome food! Thank you Devi for the customized reservation we have! The location was right at the center of all stores, bars, warungs, and anything that we need. Even though the island is always traffic, it can easy access the Kuta beach and other activities that we want! I will surely go back and stay with friends or family.

Nothing much... The elevator is totally secure and you cannot access other floor rooms but in the pool and lobby.

When I first checked in, I had an issue with bedding and it was organised to the way I wanted it by the evening. The staff and managers are really helpful. Honestly, I have never met more caring people and more genuine stuff ever a lifelong recommendation for friends and family travelling to Bali, Kuta.

The food wasn’t great. I ordered chicken and had to send it back to have it cooked a little more. It was very plain and not great value for money quite a small portion.

Its close to restaurants, airport is just 15 to 30mins, depending on traffic. Few meters from the Kuta beach. Infront is a convenience store. And they granted my requests, they reply fast on my queries. The breakfast has few choices but a lil bit cold. The front desk personel, Gita is really lovely.

Its kind of a run down now, since i was last here in 2019, the drainage from shower takes too long to drain, it gets flooded while youre showering, I arrived at 9am and the check in is at 2pm so I paid an early check in (11am) on the spot, when i finally get in the room, the AC wasnt cooling so the engineer had to clean it and took about 1.5hrs and had to wait in the lobby. Not even a juice or water offered to me for inconvenience.

It was really good time we enjoyed in Bali while stay in Hotel Zia. All staff of Hotel Zia are so cordial, well behaved and supportive. Specially, I must acknowledge and appreciate Mr. Winarya who actually helped us a lot to stay in Hotel Zia. He is so helpful person. I already shared my feelings and comfortably with my all contacts with recommendation to stay in Hotel Zia while visit Bali. All the best and Happy New Year to all staff of Hotel Zia. I always stay at Hotel Zia Kuta during my visits to Bali, and once again, I was impressed by the incredibly friendly staff. From the warm welcome upon arrival to their attentive service throughout my stay, their hospitality truly stands out. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities are top-notch, and the convenient location makes it easy to explore Kuta and beyond. I highly recommend Hotel Zia Kuta for a memorable stay in Bali.

Buffet breakfast and the timing is from 7am to 10.3am. This makes it very convenient for guests who may needs to leave earlier for excursions or need to check out earlier as well as for those who woke up Abit late. The breakfast selections though not alot but it's good enough for me.

Bathroom door can't be locked. Mini fridge is not cold, just chilled.

Perfect location , good staff.

I think the head superviser (manager) is not taking interest. I found milk and juice is diluted on complaining they replaced with good pure milk. Quality of food must improve.

I like the varieties food for breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed & pillow are comfortable too. The location is also good as just few minutes walk to kuta square and kuta beach and can find many restaurants and convenience store nearby. My children like the swimming pool as well

If possble, should upgrade the shampoo in the bathroom

I became really unwell during my stay and all the staff were so helpful and accommodating! They called a doctor to my room. They checked in with me. They changed the sheets every morning for me and were always trying there beat to make me feel comfortable. Thank You

I checked out the gym on the first day and most of the machines were broken

Really loved the venue as it was wheelchair accessible. Plus the staff were very kind and helpful to the needs - Eka one of the staff from the hotel was on call every minute and very understanding and polite It is a good value for money especially with regard to the hospitality
