Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort

The property was very clean, from the gardens to the rooms. Everything you would need in a room. They also had a fan so if your not used to hot weather, the fan and air-conditioning is a great way to circulate air and stay cool, without having the airconditioner blasting. The attached restaurant was beautiful! They have a fantastic chef, who just had a great idea of balanced flavours, tantalise your tasebuds, they will thank you! The hotel is right across from the beach and walking distance to pretty much everything in Kuta/Legian. Highly recommended to give this hotel a go.

Our sliding door in the bathroom was a bit stiff and hard to move. Pillows are either to soft or too hard.

- The LOCATION was spot on! Right next to the beach, shopping streets, shopping mall and restaurants, all within walking distance. - Swimming POOL was lovely. There was a shallow one for small kids and deep one (1.8 mt) for older children and adults. Beach was just across a road next to the swimming pool, so it was Easy to hop between the two - BREAKFAST was lovely. Lot of options in the buffet; restaurant staff was welcoming and helpful. We had dinner one night as well at their Restaurant and it was delicious too. - WIFI was okay. Not super fast, but was usable for emails, social media and facetime - ROOM: we stayed in the older standalone rooms and not the newer hotel building. Room was decent sized, not squashed which is good. The bathroom looked a bit tired and could use some renovation.

One thing I didn't like was that the basin in the bathroom was draining SUPER SLOW and despite complaining, it never got fixed. Staff said that was normal speed but it can't be right, as the shower was draining fine. It drained so slow that it always had some water in it and wasn't possible to flush dirt, foam, etc. Also there were mosquitos in the evening. We bought a mosquito killer spray from the supermarket nearby and sprayed the whole room each evening and then it was okay. Btw, our friends who stayed in the newer building in the same hotel didn't have any of these issues.

Across from the beach only minutes away to walk to Beachwalk shopping Plaza small supermarket and money changer. Traditional decor ,beautiful Balinese gardens,traditional Balinese music @ breakfast lounge moving into easy listening during the day and a quirky but tasteful DJ @ night at the restaurant/bar followed by more classical music live music into the evening Staff were amazing ,pool area beautiful also shaded naturally in areas by trees and peaceful . The Day spa salon was delightful with very qualified therapists. .Smiling helpful friendly staff everywhere! Breakfast.. fabulous choices ..traditional/ western/Fresh fruit and Bali coffee Will upgrade to a suite next time as on inspection they are well appointed and lighting is more efficient for long stays

Original bali style hotel . Gardens are Beautifully maintained , Just Great ! Beach across the road , Premium Deluxe Cottages are just perfect, very well appointed and lots of space , very comfortable king bed great veranda with comfy sofa overlooking the gardens Breakfast was good and the Management & Staff are so Helpful and Great . Pool very clean . Hotel is between Poppies 1 & 2 Beachwalk Mall next to Poppies 2 so all a very short walk from this Great Hotel Restaurant at hotel has Great Pizzas !!!! This Hotel is highly recommendable , if looking for comfort and location Thank You to all at Kuta Seaview Boutique Hotel !!!!!!!

Kuta Seaview is in the best location - opposite Kuta Beach, 3 minute walk to Beachwalk shopping complex and set between Poppies 1 & 2.

The only thing we didn’t love was the coffee machine. For a 5 star accomodation, charging the accomodation fees it is, we would expect a barista made coffee for breakfast. the current self serve machine needs updating. it always was out of milk, out of coffee etc the shower over our bath leaked all over the floor.

Lovely quiet room opposite the beach. Good warungs and bars nearby in Poppies 1. Staff very helpful. Great pool. Comfy beds

Seaview is a fantastic location, beautiful gardens, wonderful staff and an oasis away from the busy streets of Kuta. Across from the beach, close to the shopping streets of Poppies, and the massive shopping centre next door. Breakfast was great, room was lovely.

Our room only looked out to a roof, however the majority of rooms had lovely garden outlooks. So book one of these.

Exceptional staff!! Great place to stay - so clean with beautiful garden and pool! Best location in Kuta, close to the beach, shops and restaurants! Thank you, we will stay here again!!

With Bali coming out of COVID, I was aware that not all would be perfect after such a long, virtual shutdown. I compliment the Staff @ Seaview for their genuine & successful efforts to provide me, as a guest, a memorable stay. This was my first return to Seaview since coming ashore, on Kuta Beach, in a small rubber boat, in 1985! Thanks again to Seaview. Great facility with a great location with great staff with great smiles. Recommended.
