Multiple and diverse restaurants. Events at nights...
Staff wasn't as nice, warm and approchable as expected. In addition we also had an issue with the TV on checkin, it took a while for a maintenance to fix it. Customer service wasnt as fast. The room supplies were always short and they werent responding quickly to our needs (the least expected from a 5 star hotel)

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The location was great because you get to utilize 2 hotels for the price of 1. Staff is exceptional with customer service and care.
There was nothing not to love about this place. The only Con is that it rained almost every afternoon but it made the weather more bearable so it's really not a con.

After I pay all of that money, I have to also pay for a bottle of Moscato wine if I want Moscato. There was a cockroach in my room. I wish there was more entertainment on the property rather than having to leave to go to another hotel for continued entertainment.

Honestly, it's not just one or two things I enjoyed everything, Great Amenities, Staff, Hospitality, the Drivers was great, Restaurants that I got to try was great. We were treated like royalty. I went for my Birthday/ Anniversary with my partner. Excellent!.
To be honest house keeping and room service can try to maybe speed up the process with getting more things that was needed in the room. Still a great experience.

The breakfast was awesome every morning. Our waitress Tackeisha was AWESOME she did an excellent job. I loved how there was entertainment all through out the day.
I didn’t like how long it took for house keeping to clean the rooms. They never left towels or wash cloths and I had to contact the front desk. They also need a plumbing system all the restrooms that I used besides my room wouldn’t flush
