Zoetry Montego Bay

The rooms and grounds were very nice. Food and drinks were available all day. Staff was nice and attentive.

The main pool was small and strange. Lots of steps and walls in the pool, so I kept bumping my knees, feet and bum on everything. Got annoyed so I got out. The beach area was very dirty, full of seaweed and trash. It was very small and would be easy to clean up…so I was surprised they didn’t, especially being a Hyatt owned property. Also, in my room, the tv didn’t work, outlet’s didn’t work, and the outdoor terrace lights didn’t work but maintenance fixed the the television around 35 minutes later. There wasn’t a large selection of food choices available but it was all-inclusive so that’s a plus.

I liked the room. I also liked the pool outside the room. Re the location of the property it was fairly good. I like the food when I arrived the night on my arrival date and also dessert and the waitress was an excellent girl.

I didn’t like the fact that the restaurants were limited and also we could not get what we asked the waitress for who served breakfast. She didn’t even return with an answer as to what we asked her so it started going downhill from there. Next thing is the food served at dinner the other night. The food was just too limited and also the iron that was not working and I called for assistance or an exchange of iron and I only got the assistance who was a chef🙄😏 and he did his best and we had to leave without getting our clothes iron because we had to leave earlier than check out and I was told that the laundry doesn’t open until 9am. Who does that? That’s not the way to make your visitors comfortable wnd will keep them wanting to come back! That was just so tacky 😏😩

The cleaning and room service was amazing. Checkin took a little too long.

The plumbing in the room needs some repair. The fixtures on the bathtub are falling off. The tub should be screwed to the floor and its not.

The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. The room and amenities were was as described on the website and the check in process was efficient.

Room service was not available one of the nights during our stay and we were not informed that the food order placed would not be delivered. It simply never arrived.

Breakfast was amazing right in front . Of the ocean

Breakfast could of been different some days it was the same every day Mabey because of COVID but overall the food was amazing cooked to order fresh the lunch at the pool had this whole fried snapper that was to die for

Breakfast location was perfect . Staff was perfect , you can choose from the menu I always choose Jamaican. You don't get that every day at home.

There was no buffet service or Jamaican food at night .

They were very welcoming with A1 hospitality. Staff was amazing prepared and attentive at all times. Everyone was informative. Safety and cleanliness was definitely top priority throughout the entire resort . To top it all off we have a great time here and enjoy every minute!!! Shout out to Tannille, Micheal , and Oniel .Thank for providing us with a wonderful loving atmosphere.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this experience

The receptionist during check in as well as our butler, Kyle, were exceptional! All members of the staff were amazing and offered plenty of assistance and local recommendations!

Location is good staff were excellent as was breakfast.

Polo lounge was disappointing. The ambience does not match the photograpghs.

The property was clean the stuff was very helpful And I loved how private it was
