S Hotel Jamaica - Montego Bay - Small Luxury All-Inclusive Hotel

The staff was very friendly. The food was very good, different options everyday. We walked around to a few of the other hotels in the area, and the S Hotel definitely looked like it was the nicest, newest, cleanest one in the area, with the best beach by far! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Live music every night. It was a really nice time!

The only recommendation I would have for visitors would be to book the dinner reservations before you arrive and try to get the 6pm slots. You kind of miss sunset with this time slot unfortunately. But the 8pm slots were always late, close to 830 or even closer to 9. But it just was not the same vibe. Not bad at all, but it felt a little more rushed and leftover. The buffet dinners were also always really good though anyway!

We stayed at the S Hotel for 4 days in April and all I can say is, IT WASN'T LONG ENOUGH! We booked this hotel for a chill Girl's Trip. Customer service was evident even before we arrived - all we had to do was call the hotel to give them our flight information and they arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport. My phone rang the minute we stepped off of the plane - the driver called to let us know he was outside waiting for us. At check-in, we were greeted by the wonderful front desk staff, and provided wet towels and a refreshing Rum Punch. Our room was ready so, we were able to change and fully settle into the resort immediately. We ate a snack at the poolside grill and the food was delicious - the food was delicious our entire stay. Plenty of pescatarian options. The room was very comfortable and the VIEWS were BREATHTAKING from the moment you walked in the door but even better from the balcony. The shower was a room all by itself and the water pressure was fantastic! I love a good hot shower at the end of a long day so, I am definitely a shower snob. The beach on the property is very calm, clear, and filled with beautiful fish around your feet. You can even see planes landing from the resort - but you can't hear them at all! The pool was always a perfect temperature. Cafe was always open if you needed a little snack or something sweet between meals. Customer service throughout the resort was great for our entire stay. D'Shon was also available for all of our excursions off of the resort which allowed us to have one consistent person who we felt safe with. If you are thinking about booking, do it!

Perfect location from airport short distance drive. The S hotel is definitely a relaxing resort with fun daily activities at resort. Food and drinks were plentiful with amazing tastings. Entertainment with DJ poolside and live bands during the evening every night was a perfect way to end the night. Entire staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Drinks from the bar are not allowed to be taken to the beach. However you may order from a beach drink menu when the waitress stops to take your order.

We had a wonderful stay at S Hotel in Montego Bay! Although it is super close to the airport, it was not noisy at all. The food at the buffet was absolutely delicious and the options seemed endless. We especially loved the omelet bar for breakfast - there's something for everyone here. The room was one of the best we've seen with high ceilings, a beautiful view, a spectacular bathroom, and a very large and comfortable bed. The beach was just steps off the property with a little hut with fresh towels as you walk on! The resort has chairs and umbrellas already set up with towels ready for you on the beach. The property and the beach were very clean and well-maintained. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the people who run it. They are some of the friendliest human beings you'll encounter! This was our first trip to Jamaica and we can't wait to return back to S Hotel - I'm having a hard time trying to think of things I would change, however, if we stayed again we'd definitely try one of the restaurants on the property. But I will say, the buffet does not disappoint and I'm already missing the food!

There is a waitress from S Hotel that services the beach, but there is a 2-drink maximum through her. You are unable to bring your drink from the pool bar onto the beach which was unfortunate, but there is a local bar on the beach next door to the property.

While we checked in, we were greeted by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink. The check in process was seamless and the reception staff were very friendly and always smiling. The buffet meals were always fresh and complete, when something ran out, it was replaced promptly. The grill area offers jerk chicken, sausage links and hamburgers and is a nice option to the buffet inside if you wanted to eat something while at the pool. The waitstaff that attended the pool and beach were always available and we rarely had to wait for a drink. Always asking if we were 'okay' and if we needed anything. The two sit down restaurants had a nice selection of meals and both were delicious options. The pool area is well maintained and plenty of lounge beds and chairs available. The sky pool was on the small side but was definitely a nice option if you wanted a little more of a 'quiet' pool/sun time. The beach was well kept and there were lounge chairs, small tables and umbrellas provided if needed. Although it's a beach that is open to the public, it is well maintained, and you were able to relax without being 'bothered'. Marlon, Kimberlyn, Oneill are just a few of the staff that stand out as going above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Oh, and the sunsets...amazing!!

There really isn't too much to this hotel that we didn't like, I think the only thing would be that their small gift shop was located on the lower level next to the spa so if you don't visit the spa, you don't see it. It's also limited in what it offers so if you need anything - sun screen for example, you need to travel off the property. But there is a nice store that has everything you would need right outside the entrance to the hotel.

I liked everything about this property! From the food, the drinks, my driver Phillip and the staff! The staff was so helpful the whole time of my stay! The moment when me and my fiancé arrived I just knew that we picked the right place to stay! This was my first time out of the country and it was a magnificent experience! I can’t remember his name all I know is he was the pool guy that make sure towels were on each and every chair and also when we wanted to do activities he knew who to call and recommended us to! My driver Phillip picked us up straight from the airport so if you need a driver recommend him and he was a wonderful man to talk to ( 876) 447 0904 is Phillip number on an app called whatsapp.The view we had on the balcony was beautiful! I could write a book about how kind the staff were to us! I didn’t want to leave but I know I’m not staying anywhere else but here when I come back! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! o yea, the RUM PUNCH WAS AMAZING! I’m about to cry making this review because I really enjoyed myself! Anyways, BOOK don’t just LOOK!

Hotel could have better sense/alignment with local tours, they tend to leave that to guests. Concierge could be available to actually have the information and payment availability and link with respective tours upon guests requests.

It’s in a great location, only a brief drive from the airport. The property is really modern and beautiful and the rooms incredibly comfortable. The staff are also really friendly and helpful.

The food is great, but a little limited. For an all inclusive, it could do with another restaurant open throughout the day. The room service menu is also a little limited and there isn’t a lot of wardrobe space (even in the suites) for two people. The gym is also very small compared to other all inclusive we’ve stayed in.

It was small intimate and just perfect it wasn’t crowded lines weren’t long and it was perfect to walk to walk on the strips at night!! The rooms were beautiful cleans and spacious. The bar was great Ron (pool bar) and Joel (night bar) was amazing. The staff was great starting with Christine (front desk) who helped us with a seem-less check process she went above and beyond. Our dinner time waiter Ricardo (professional and hard working). We celebrated our 30th birthday here and have no complaints at all. Key word open bar…. We got our moneys worth by this alone…… but don’t look any further!!!!!

I have nothing at all bad to say.. if I were forced to say anything it would to be 1. Little more variety to the pool side buffet for lunch but it was still good!!!

There was music at the pool every day from about noon on often with a DJ. sometimes it got a little too loud. I would have preferred the music to start later in the afternoon. The beach was quiet though and quite lovely.
