The room is clean and nice, suitable for those who wanted to find a place and stay overnight after a long day journey. The toilet is clean as well. The location is in the middle of the city so it is quite convenient to go anywhere, but the parking will be quite challenging if during peak seasons which there is limited parking slot and you have to park at opposite of the hotel which cost rm20 per night, we went during off peak periods so there is not problem. The staff is friendly and nice.
There is no electric kettle, but thermos water bottle which u need to fill up water. The thermos water bottle is not so clean.

Near to my main destination in Penang. Just 10 minutes driving to go to most places I want to go such as Padang Kota, Chowrasta.
At early morning around 2 or 3 am. There are some rooms making private party I guess. The noise make me n my baby wake up. And I couldn't sleep well.

the toilet is nice compared to other hotel around this price, it’s much more comfortable and clean. thank you to the reception who is helpful and warm hospitality. I’ve got seaview room as request - made my family happy
the wall is slightly thin as me and my family disturb by next door guest who is laugh and keep talking until midnight - almost 4am!!!

Hi, when I take a shower, the water does not come down, the water stagnates. So for me its not comfortable n hard to take shower, others member also waiting to take a shower to makesure the water not stagnates. But after a few minutes the water slowly come down. Thats all. Overall its okay. Tq

Overall everything is okay, staff was very help ful Room was is good condition and next day they clean the room cause i stay there for 3days 2night. This hotel is very convenient for food and entertainment.

The room view is superb, suits the price. The room fits small family. The room and toilet is clean. The staff is very friendly and keep smiling, help us to hold thr lift and wish us goodbye before we leave. The distance to famous food is quite near.
Should have 4 towels instead of 2 only. Parking is limited.
