Clean room, comfy bed, well-functioning air conditioner and helpful staff made my stay great! Roti canai transfer road, chowrasta market, hameed sup, nasi kandar line clear etc are just walking distance too. Perhaps, management could make breakfast selection more variety and different each day.

Parking slots are limited especially during peak seaons!

Nice clean hotel in an excellent location. Extremely friendly staff at the breakfast restaurant especially Eve Lyn who always greeted us as if we’ve known eachother for years.. we’d have a chat every morning about our day’s schedule and she’d give us some tips and recommendations. Overall, a very nice stay and I’ll surely return to this hotel with breathtaking ocean views!

One day the housekeeping staff didn’t fully clean one of our rooms - the used glasses had dried up, tea coffee wasn’t replenished and it was obvious the room wasn’t vacuumed.

Location is great. Walkable to lots of interesting shops and places. Breakfast menu was splendid and the cafe atmosphere is great. Food is fresh and delicious. I especially like the Coffee machine. Waiter and waitress are efficient. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Room is clean and everything is functional. I like that the muslim prayer mat is placed in covered casing. Welcome drink is always available and refreshing for guest coming back to hotel. Parking is available with security.

Mattress and pillow could be upgraded to more comfortable ones.

The location was really central, I could walk to Chowrasta Market, Love Lane and Grab to all the Lebuh and walk from there. Lobby was lovely.

The Coffee House was closed from 3pm due to shortage of staff. Although the Buffett Breakfast spread was large, the quality and taste could be a lot more improved, Chawan Mushi tasted like medicine, Dim Sum was like processed food. The Omelette section was great as you could ask for your choice of egg style to be cooked. Bread section was good. For a Deluxe room, I expected the room to be bigger compared to what I viewed on Google.. The carpet choice of color would have been a better one for the recent renovation.

first and foremost they should give full credit the staff who managed the parking area. they work 24 hours controlled the traffic because of limited parking to make sure customer got their parking. i never seen these dedicated staff before in any other hotel 😂 thank you to front counter to make sure i got four same level room with connected room for my family. btw i really like front desk setup and scene. the hotel looks clean all the time. for sure this hotel will be my 1st choice in future when i visit penang again!

we feel weird at level 8 with non removing plate on the floor in front of store/empty space door with epal, food, lilin, kain kuning and others on the plate for 3 days stay. none of the cleaner remove the thing. i dunno whether these things are related to hantu 😂 but nothing happened during our stay.

Location has always been good, easy parking and ample parking space. We do not have breakfast in the hotel.

The bathroom should have shower room instead of Longbath. The bath is hard to get in and get out. We had to stand inside the Longbath to have our showers, a slippery and a bit dangerous affair. My oartner felt that the bed was not clean on the first day, she felt that the bed was sandy and she had iitch at her back.

The front line staff were very friendly and professional especially Mr Kamleshwaran the front line manager and the F&D Manager Mr Abu was very accommodating and professional.These 2 gentlemen made our stay very enjoyable.

Liked everything the hotel could provide.Would recommend the hotel to all visitors.Its location is excellent especially with regards restaurants be it Chinese,Indian Muslim Nyonya cuisines.

location: accessible to most street food, bars, attractions in georgetown! breakfast: hotel's breakfast buffet is great! For RM35 per pax, it has a huge variety of Malaysian food room: comes with a ceiling fan and has a great view of the sea

room: does not have sound proofing

✅ early check in around 1130am but this is depends on availability ✅ once we gets into our room, the staff called us to check if we like the room, and how’s everything, ✅ there’s 4 guests lifts in the building , so the waits is not too long, ✅ the room is clean but there’s no daily makeup room from the housekeeping staff as they wanted to make a less contact between the staff and guests. but we can call if we need a change for towel or etc. ✅ room service food was good, we ordered fried noodle and beef burger. ✅ easy access around georgetown

Location was excellent and the size of the room was great. Spacious with a great view of the city and part of the sea. Comfortable bed wth plush pillows - made for a great nite sleep.

Room rate for 1 nite was extremely high for a city hotel. Meals were also not included. Perhaps rates shld be friendlier for locals vs overseas tourists ...
