Casa Blanca Boutique & Organic

Casa Blanca is located in a calm and safe area close to the center. The kitchen has everything you need and there is always portable water available. The room is clean and lovely.

Only thing we didn’t know that there’s one bathroom (think i oversaw this when booking) for all of the three rooms. But it wasn’t bad because we didn’t have to wait for it once

We liked the location, the pool, the neighborhood, the kitchen and the iguana. Jazmin, the staff person, was beyond wonderful - responsive, delightful, energetic, very accommodating. And, fun! We loved the balcony. The bed was comfortable. It was a quiet space and we felt at home. The neighborhood was family oriented and the neighborhood birds entertained us. Gorgeous plantings. And a fabulous coffee shop called Cafe Por Favor, owned by Claudia.

I would appreciate wash cloths.

Fantastic room, great host, nice pool. Evgeny, the manager, really made the place feel like home and helped me out with everything I needed.

The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer all of our questions. The pet iguanas were unique and surprisingly very friendly. Maxi, in particular, leans into your pets and closes his eyes like a cat or dog. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The free water/ tea was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. The wifi, AC, and hot water worked well. If you have an account, you can even watch Netflix on TV in the room. It was a perfect place to layover in Cancun for the night (close to ADO bus station), spend some time shopping at the various malls (short uber rides), or just relax by the pool.

There could be better signage outside the complex. We weren't sure if we had the right place. Our bathroom was just outside of our room, which really didn't matter to us, but it might bother someone else. The location is great in terms of being close to the bus station, but maybe a bit far from the beach/hotel area. It depends on what you want to do in Cancun. I loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. It felt safe and was close to Walmart for shopping, and within walking distance of plenty of banks and restaurants.

Casablanca is in a great location, it is within walking distance of a couple mercados, many restaurants, the biggest mall I’ve ever seen, and the beach. The pool is very nice and is a great place to cool off or hang out. Evgeny is an excellent host, he is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He also speaks English, Spanish, and Russian. Its clean, lots of security, air conditioning, and it’s very quiet, a perfect place to relax. We had a great time here.

What a cool place!! I LOVED my stay here. It was perfect. The room was decorated in such a lovely typical Mexican colourful way and was exceptionally clean and welcoming for me and my adopted dog. We had such a cosy time. The location is great for dog lovers. The park is at the end of the street and there are several great eateries nearby. Above all, the genuine and caring attention of Jazmin was truly exceptional. Jazmin stood out, above all other hosts, on my whole trip of 2 months as someone who really went the extra mile to make sure all was well and according to my needs. And not just for business, but out of genuine care. A truly exceptional host that made this place above and beyond my expectations. I will be back for sure and really hope that everything is exactly the same!

It was all absolutely great.

We arrived quite late at night, the owner let us in anyways, left very clear instructions how to get inside. Room was equipped with a very well functioning airco, which cooled the place down very quick, considering the petite rooms. The best part about the accommodation is definitely the owner who is exceptionally helpful. I believe every traveler is very valuable for him. He gave us so many tips around transportation and logistics in Cancun, was very helpful for us. Also, the amenities are very clean and well kept, with a pleasant design.

What a fantastic boutique hotel! Our room was thoughtfully decorated and comfortable with a clean, private bathroom. We were only here for a night between flying in and heading to the hotel zone, but Evgeny was a great host and had good recommendations for local bars. We would definitely love to come back and spend more time here!

The place looks a bit shady externally but the room was light, bright, well appointed, super clean and QUIET! The owners/managers were over the top helpful and kind. Also... there is a killer, authentic Mexican restaurant less than a block away!

No comment. For the price/value... this was a great place to stay for a few nights.
