Above my expectations. Lots of fruit and juice plus coffee.

Location is good, beachfront, has a pool. Close to ferries for a trip to the island. Cute, rustic, and spacious. Has A/C, kitchen. Felt safe and had a great night sleep. Check in and out was easy

Sheets smell nice and clean but were stained. The counter in the bedroom had sand on it, shower had hair from the previous tenant Some areas are dated

Really nice ocean view in the backyard and has almost like a jungle feel when you are there. They also had an amazing pool in the back with a really nice restaurant that serves good breakfast in the morning we had the hot cakes and they were delicious. Our room was a suite with a living space with balcony and a little kitchen with fridge and stove. Bedroom had separate door with a bathroom as well and cold AC.

A little television would have been nice but they had books to read so it wasn’t that bad.

Beachfront Got a full 2 large bedrooms with each private bath (about 1000 sqft!) appartement with full living room and kitchen for the price of 1 hotel room : ideal for families or friends Love the balcony and jungle-like decor and view Was quiet and next to ferry for isla mujeres

No real beach to access: only the pool The wifi was not strong and not consistent Breakfast was only coffee and a small plate of fruits Hot water was lukewarm Smiling and friendly staff but not helpful : you’re on your own for cabs and everything else ( which was fine for me)

extraordinary view from my balcony!!!! wonderful place to stay. the garden is just incredible!!!! all the single details gives the place a special touch such as painting, vases, decorations… they also have a lovely pig called Ticino wondering around in the beautiful garden, he is extremely friendly. tables in the garden with a beautiful ocean view to sit down and chill and even have some food and drinks. there is a small beach few minutes walking mostly locals and some tourists but also the beach in front of the hotel is good for a quickly swim. the road on the surrounding has been recently done and it gives you a vibe of Cancún in the 90s ,this place is a gem!!!! my apartment was huge!! the living room with high ceilings, lovely decorated, comfy sofas and an amazing bedrooms with a huge French windows. any breakfast is amazing while you drink your coffee listening to the waves by the sea. just a wonderful place to stay !!!

Chic hotel, liked the rustic touch it has. Nice garden with ocean view. 2 min walk to Isla mujeres pier. Big rooms with AC , really nice deco details. Although the facilities are old and used it matches the vibe of the room. Would recommend for a night stay between an Isla Mujeres trip.

Breakfast! Although breakfast was included i ended up with a piece of tost and a piece of watermelon amd coffee. Asking if there is anything else to eat, they said yes but you have to pay. They didn t have milk for coffee, so i ended up going to the store buying milk. With a bit more attention to detail and hygiene this could be an amazing place.

Location and clean place

Lots of mosquito bites due to the lack of screen doors all screen doors were missing. Including front door.

liked the free continental breakfast, just bread, butter, fruit, eggs. The room was on the 3rd floor. nice with kitchen and terraces. clean room. loved the location, parking for our car rental. Close to fery and pier. nice family budget hotel. liked the pool. took the trip to Isla Mujeres for snorkeling and north shore, and a visit to the town. Great experience. came back at night to hotel. Loved it

some insects on the property, like spider webs

Rustic and relaxed atmosphere - exceptionally friendly and helpful staff!! Everything was better than we'd expected.

A few maintenance issues, but they are clearly working to solve those.
