Nice hotel with small pool and good sized rooms. Very clean, although a little used, which is normal in mexico! Good shower with hot water, free shampoo and soap. Fab location opposite the town centre bus station, so you can continue your journey the next day. Exchange places all around. Good breakfast in a lovely garden, but very highly priced compared to the rest of mexico!

We should have changed our US$ before breakfast because the exchange rate they suggested was ridiculous, but that was our fault. The bedroom window didn't lock so I wouldn't have wanted to stay more than a night in that particular room

Very clean and cozy room. It is in front of the bus station which makes it very easy for people that travel to other cities to catch a bus. We visited the mercados which are walking distance. There is laundry service and so many stores around this hotel.

Water from faucets had chlorine smell. The smell was extremely strong the our eyes were burning. We reported this to reception but this problem was everywhere. They couldn't do anything about it.

Everything! Lovely swimming pool, great location, a real oasis, so quiet with a lovely garden with peacocks in. You'd never know you were in the city centre right opposite the bus station! Comfy beds good air con, bottled water with glasses and a coffee maker with coffee and cups provided. Shower gel/shampoo provided too.

The shower cubicle was very small, and the shower water pressure was weak.

Great location for the bus station and easy access from the airport by bus Staff was excellent especially the restaurant staff.

Hotel was a little dated and room needs some TLC but comfortable and clean Great stopover stay but not a lot from a tourist perspective in the immediate area around the hotel

We chose this hotel because we were only spending a couple of nights in Cancun before travelling on the ADO buses around Yucatan. We took a direct bus from the airport to the ADO bus station across the road. For a hotel right outside a main bus station we were pleasantly surprised. Great price, quiet, clean rooms and a lovely pool area. Surrounded by cheap eats and a local bus down to the hotel zone beach area the place felt very safe. Booked to stay again before our return flight to the UK.

Great proximity to Central Cancun bus terminal and very accesible by bus from the airport. Very quiet. Various shops and restaurants nearby, although the street scene is a little scary later in the evening. Bottled water was provided in the room. We had some food to store in a refrigerator and, even though there is no refrigerator in the room, they have one at reception. Price very reasonable for downtown lodging.

We had no hot water in the shower and the water pressure was very low.

Close to the ADO Station. Very central for me. Staff were great and you can come and go to your room with out being bothered by the staff. A great place

There wasnt anything I disliked about the hotel. Well apart from the parrots.. Upsetting to see 2 beautiful intelligent birds trapped in a cage with no interactions, this day and age. Shameful...

Perfect location across the road from the ADO bus station. The room was spotless and all the staff were lovely. The food and breakfast in the restaurant was good. The hotel is in a great location for the night food market.

It could do with a lick of paint. but it was Very clean under the old paint work.

About the maintenance of the room. I reported for how many times about the busted light in the bathroom but they just ignored it until i finished my stay there...
