Location - a few blocks from the ADO Bus Terminal was optimal especially for those with lots of baggage. Great English speaking staff, and a nice little pool in their garden was a treat. The big surprise was my wonderful King room with room enough for a sofa (futon), great bathroom with shower in large Roman Tub. Wifi was super strong and the big TV with channels in English (CNN, eg) was great. I really enjoyed this hotel.

The place is old, the floor is old, the sheets are dirty and the towels are not even white. I just could take shower with flip flops. The sheets and towels are never changed even if I took 5 nights.

The reception signaled me that I had to wait outside for a while before they opened the door for me. It looked like they weren't expecting me. Got a weird vibe from this hostal. Rooftop was closed when I was there, bathroom was dirty and smelled bad.

Big gratitude to the staff, who are doing the best they are empowered to do. Especially thank you rodrigo! Pool and AC, and close to the bus station.

There is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE as indicated by booking. Do not book here hoping for an airport shuttle, even if you’ve paid for it and it’s been confirmed. Additionally, the place feels as if it used to be a prison. If you’re into Stalinist vibes, this is your place. Again, the pool is nice, but otherwise it’s harsh.

The male staff member that check us in should not be in customer service. Rude and unfriendly. If I was his boss he would be moved to a different job. Plus all the private rooms are on the 3rd floor (no elevator).

Worst mattress I’ve slept on in months of traveling through Central America. Awfully old and hard needs replacing.

The most awful stay in my entire life! Don’t spoil your vacation and book another accommodation. The address on the map lead you to the wrong place. I was looking for the hotel for one hour. No signs outside, don’t see any name from hotel outside. The phone given on the contact information doesn’t exist. I have called, no one replied. The employee told me than, they don’t have a phone at the hotel. As I came, Rodrigo, the man on the reception has treated me in a most disrespectful way. If I wouldn’t be 12 o’clock at night, I would leave immediately. I have asked for the the supervisor, he told me, that it not available, than 15 min later, he told me, he was speaking to her. Also it was a lie. He booked the money from my account and said than I can leave!!! Can u imagine???? The shower were dirty and there was just a cold water. It extremely cold in the dorm, I stayed with a jacket and pants. It was NOT POSSIBLE to sleep there. No blankets available.
