Hotel Parador

The hotel has really been improved over the last few months it seems. We had wifi in our room this time. Staff is exceptionally friendly as usual, so we will definitely come back here again. The location is great: very close the ADO busstation and just behind the main street, on the opposite side from where the hotel is, there are some nice squares with markets (food and crafts), restaurant and bars.

very clode to Ado (7min walk). I had very low expectations due to some of the comments here but I was positively surprised! i got a nice room with windows, also the bathroom had a window. everything was very clean! the lady at the reception was friendly aswell. the Wifi was good and reached my room (barely but it did) - Room 219

not much really (a little expensive for a solo backpacker but it was worth being close to ado and having a good nights sleep)

I thought it was wonderful! The other reviews don't give this place justice. I got a room on the third floor which smells less musty than the first floor. Very quiet with the best pillows I've had in Mexico. So what if the walls need some paint? Gustavo and Carlos were at the front desk when I arrived, and they took very good care of me, some of the nicest and most accommodating staff I have met. Location and price are both ideal.

Nothing really. It was difficult to find an outlet, but I just moved the bed a little bit.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is very near ADO. It is a block away from several banks, a large supermarket, and a large number of restaurants. The hotel is very comforted and well ventilated, and there is also a nice pool area.

The WiFi could be better in the rooms and the TV signal was very bad only allowing one film channel to work well. I think guests would expect smart tvs with access to Netflix and prime as well as a better WiFi connection.

The foto’s are a bit out dated, everything looks a bit older. But stay was overall good. Note: During carneval the main stage is close to the hotel, so very loud during the night.

Good value. Not far from restaurants in downtown Cancun and easy access to public transportation. There is a little restaurant for breakfast and a little bar if you want a drink in the evening. We accidentally showed up to our hotel in the hotel zone a day early, so this was perfect for a cheap stay downtown while spending the day at Isla Mujeres.

Not much to complain about. It's not a 5 star hotel but room was comfortable enough for what you expect for the price and maybe even a bit better to be honest.

Location, private bathroom and nice huge bed and tv. Short walk to lobby as well.

Hotel is kind of run down and next to construction which starts early in the morning so I woke up to that but otherwise a good place.

Nice hotel in walking distance from the bus terminal. Bus to the beach right in front of the hotel.

Beds covered in plastic and that made a lot of noise at night. Also uncomfortable to feel the plastic. Air condition was always turned on by staff although we turned it off on purpose.
