Modern room, great square footage for a family of 4, kitchen amenities ++ (even though we didn’t need them), AC +++

Room semi clean. Couch had dirty stains on it that could have been cleaned. Shower water somehow came out all the way outside door into washing sink area. Desk lady could be a little friendlier. Had to pay an additional $30 for early check in when they had plenty of rooms to spare.

The hotel is very pleasant, good for an overnight stay near the airport. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with kitchen facilities. Good (cold) breakfast buffet.

The restaurant (for lunch and dinner) has a limited menu. The free shuttle van to the airport is scheduled every hour, and reservations must be made at check in. When I did this, I was told that all vans for the following morning were full, and they could find us a taxi for 650 pesos (about $38) for the 5km trip. After protest, they scheduled an extra van for us on the half hour. I would have liked to see more flexibility with scheduling in the first place, and my unpleasant experience could have been avoided.

The room was very nice, had a well stocked kitchen. Like a little apartment. We got room service for dinner and the food was definitely above average. The pool area is beautiful as well. They also do offer free shuttle to the airport, and it was on time.

Service was slow. Our bed did not have a cover, just a sheet, so we had to go and ask the desk for a cover. There is really nothing near to the hotel so if you want to go out and explore, I would not recommend the location.

The pool and facilities were fabulous. The room was well equipped.

We stayed here specifically to take the free airport shuttle to catch our flight in the morning. We were contacted after booking to see if we needed a shuttle to the hotel from the airport. I told the staff member no we needed one going to the airport. I was instructed to schedule it on arrival. We arrived at the property to find that all the shuttles were booked and the only option they had was forbus to book a taxi for 27 USD for the following morning. Of note we had just taken a taxi for 27 usd for about 15 miles. The airport was 3 miles away.

Perfect place close to the airport. Suites are spacious and totally furnished, bed comfortable, clean and nice. Pool is wonderful, perfect for relax after o before a flight.

The restaurant could be better. Lobby smell weird, probably drain issue.

The hotel is great and the price I've paid is pretty fair. The restaurant is ok (very small selection), and I did not try the overall amenities. But the room is pretty good.

The transfer was a mess on my way in. After arriving at Terminal 2 I had to go to Terminal 3 since they explained it was the only pick-up location. Upon arriving at the Transfer Parking Slot #30, there was no one from the hotel transfer. After waiting for a whole hour, I paid $20 for anyone to drop me at the hotel (very close to the airport btw).

Hotel is affordable for families. At a great value, it offered us everything for a quick overnight before our flight back to the States. Breakfast, pool, outdoor showers, restaurant, proximity to airport, free shuttle, exercise room, pool table, and multiple lounging areas — wow! The room layout is ideal and practical for a family, spacious yet somehow fit everything - a sink area separated from toilet and shower, shampoo and conditioner, closet, sofa bed, coffee table, desk, even a kitchenette with complimentary drinking water! Everything was super clean, well lit, and expressed modern lines. The hotel boasts an adorable pool area complete with bar, cabanas, ample lounging chairs, towels, stringed lights, customized deck, and beautiful landscaping. The kids enjoyed night swimming under the lights and stars and watching the airplanes pass over. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was included — a typical light continental menu that was colorfully presented and satiated us before our flight. With Mexican flair, it included both orange juice and cactus juice, a fresh fruit medley (sliced papaya, pineapple, and melon, and bananas and apples) and various toppings! Although the buffet was self serve, an attentive staff member made his rounds to wait on everyone anyway. Tables were formally set up with nice plateware and eating utensils ready to receive diners. I feel Americans can learn much from Mexican hospitality. The designer of this airport hotel was very purposeful and created an impressive, hidden oasis in the middle of the city - bravo! This place well exceeded my expectations. It made the perfect last hurrah on our final evening in Mexico. We will definitely return if we fly into Cancun again.

Hot shower water, at least in our unit, took a while to engage, but persist! Shower door design allowed water to leak outside a bit so we laid down a few layers of used towels to keep that area dry. These minor issues did not stop us from rating this hotel with highest marks.

The hotel was perfect for a one night stop before flying out the following morning. We were able to use the free shuttle to get to the airport at 4am which was very helpful and saved a $40USD taxi ride. The pool area was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. The room even had a little kitchenette which would have been great had we stayed longer. The woman at the front desk was very helpful.

The restaurant was a little overpriced, slow, and not the best food, but perfectly functional for one night. There isn't anywhere else to eat nearby, and it got the job done.

We were very pleased to find this hotel last minute, with a free airport shuttle. The rooms were excellent, they are nicely and tastefully decorated, very new, great kitchen, with even a blender. The beds are comfortable, good linen, and very nice bathrooms. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. I can see that this would be a great place to stay even for a few days or more, if tropical weather is all that wa you are looking for and not the beach scene; the big pool is very nice and overlooks a sea of green, the mangroves and jungle. The staff are cheerful and helpful. The shuttle runs regularly but BE SURE to book it 24 hours in advance, as it is reuired. I could not get their telephone number to work, but they are on whatsapp, this is indicated in the confirmation email. City Suites and City Express Suites are the same hotel. They appear separately on Booking.com. Fairly good breakfast buffet, the coffee was not good.

You have to book the free shuttle 24 hours in advance. The telephone number did not work. Could not reach the hotel by WhatsApp but I think that it was a problem on my end.

When we arrived was midnight and the shuttle bus came in around 30 minutes to pick us up. Upon arrival we got checked in pretty quickly and also the room was clean, enough space and quiet. The shuttle bus took us back to the airport the next day and was perfectly on time as requested.

When we arrived the internet wasn't working. As we were staying only for 11 hours it was a pit disappointing that we couldn't tell family members that we arrived safely. The breakfast time was also given incorrectly upon checkin so we missed out on that. And it would have been nice if they messaged prior to us arriving that they wouldn't charge us what booking stated, but more.
