The guests and staff were friendly and fun! It's everything you need. Hot water with pressure. Restaurant. Air conditioner. Good lighting in room. A piano😃. Close to Palapas a great experience!

location was great - 8 minute walk to the ADO station and all the collectivos to Puerto Juarez (beach, ferries, etc). Lots of restaurants around, near the public square and activity there. The pool looked nice (we didn't use it). Rooms were clean and looked like they'd maybe been updated a bit.
The AC only had two speeds - off and full blast! Would have liked some moderation. The TV remote didn't seem to work (pushed the buttons but nothing happened - may have been an operator problem though:)). Main issue is the hotel doesn't have hotel-wide wifi. You have to go to the lobby - you can't get it in your room. That's obviously inconvenient if you want to work or watch a movie or something in your room.

Pool was nice clean. Easy to walk in and get to the room. Felt secure. Friendly staff.
Slight smell from drain but they used a cover to help it. Wifi didn’t reach to my room since on top floor at far end of the hall but worked well when near it.

I had a super nice stay. The staff was frindly and even with language barriers we got a long pretty good. Cause my spanish is verry weak. I even left my lauggage there for a few days for like 70 pesos a day. i would recomend a stay here
