Almost all of the rooms have an ocean view. There was a lot of variety for food options. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Finding a lounge chair to sit on by the pool is problematic. They have signs posted that say you’re not supposed to put your towel down to save chairs, but everybody did. If you were not out there by saving chairs by 7 AM then it’s unlikely you will be able to get any. cabanas sold out day or days in advance. so even if you wanted to pay the $85 to rent one because you can’t find a chair, it’s unlikely there will be a cabana for you unless you’ve reserved it ahead of time. also, if you don’t pay for a butler, then uou can’t make reservations for the restaurants. This means that you’ll have a very long wait at the most popular restaurants. these types of things did take away from the feeling of “relaxation“

This place changed my mind about all-inclusive resorts. I had avoided them, but it doesn’t feel like a cruise ship buffet. Rooms were spacious and clean, and we had a great ocean view. Service at the pool was exceptional, and the drinks were good and always offered. The beach was clean, and it was easy to find a chair or cabana.

The food is really mediocre, even at their “fine dining” restaurant mb. Breakfast was great, with all sorts of made to order options like smoothies and omelets. And we had good food and service at Sea Corner. But the rest of our food was bland and tasteless. Also had to wait 20+ minutes at reception to check in and check out, which was frustrating.

it was centrally located right across from the mall and walking distance to shops.

There is no night entertainment and the resort gets extremely quiet after dinner. I did not enjoy that guests didn’t have anything to do and would have to leave the resort for entertainment and end up spending more money.

Garden view is construction view. No pool bar. Not many chairs and is very difficult to know what is free and not because they don’t clean. Outdoor beds and chair are extremely dirty (supposed to be white and it was almost black) Morning only restaurant served same food the days i stayed. Couldn’t find the room-service menu and the only snack in room was a small pack of chips.

The staff was amazing and property was great. Mayra at front desk check in was helpful and patient with us. The room was excellent at the top floor with exceptional views. Guadeloupe at the grill and Marco at the juice bar were spectacular , creative and fun. Monica at the pool was very attentive and kept supplying us with drinks. I used room service few times and it was excellent and was delivered in a timely manner. Our room attendant was great. Bar tenders at the aka bar were amazing. I didn't get to try every restaurant but the whole staff was courteous , pleasant , polite , attentive and smiling. Thank you for the whole team !

The rooms only have showers, no bathtubs- ( it does matter to me)

The staff, facilities, amenities, and the fresh juices were excellent. We really enjoyed having access to the Aqua lounge on the 5th floor. Very convenient. The room was very clean and smelled great. No moldy humidity smell which is so important! The beach and pools are gorgeous and the view of the ocean from our room was spectacular. The location of the hotel itself is great too. We went off the resort a couple times to try out some of the restaurants in the area. We walked to both restaurants we tried and both were amazing. We went to Buena Barra twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. The dinner service was sooo fun! Highly recommend. There is also high end shopping right outside of the hotel if that’s something you’re into but if not, they also have Zara and H&M :)

We read reviews that the resort food was one of the best. We were a bit disappointed by the foods selection and flavors of the meals. The food was only okay. We had one or two dishes that we could say were good, otherwise it was mediocre.

Beautiful location. Variety of restaurants with good food. Very clean resort. Most of the staff are very kind and helpful. If you stay out late you get turndown service. The beds are comfortable. The room was well stocked with beer, sodas and a few snacks.

Some of the outside music was explicit and racially offensive which made it hard to relax and enjoy my beach time! I was turned away from an outside bar because I didn’t have my mask on, but when I returned they were serving a Caucasian male without a mask 😡! We were told that the beds and chairs on the beach are first come first serve since the ones up top are reservation only, but reserved signs are placed on the beach beds for hours with no one using them! Stick to your own rules. I’m a guest also! There are a lot of special events outside that restrict guests from using certain areas. I was awakened several mornings at 3 a.m. by drunks yelling in the hallway 😳. The iguanas will try to get your food, so be on the lookout if you’re eating outside!

Quality of food and beverage is good but not excellent considering the price per night for all inclusive

Toilet seat needed to be changed in room, looked old & damage. Mildew on shower head.

I liked everything including the ease of accessing food all the time - the rooms were a great size and what I appreciated more was the customer service that I was given. The customer service here is amazing, you can befriend many of the staff and your stay becomes that little bit more memorable and relaxing. MB was one of the best dinning spots, even if you went every night you would still enjoy it over and over again.

I did like the stench of smoke in my room - not necessarily the hotels fault but the other guests that fail to follow rules makes it difficult for people like me who suffer from the smell.
