The Pyramid Cancun - All Inclusive

It was overall nice and relaxing . it was all awesomeness!! I loved it wish I had more time to see everything. Their is ally to see not enough time lol maybe next time .

It was nice and luxurious. But when we ask for room service specifically house keeping to replace our sheets they gave us the same frecken sheets that’s just nasty. I was upset but it’s ok it was on our last day. They just should know better

it offered a lot and really didn’t need to go anywhere! So pretty!!

it needed better food and when we had a problem no one really did anything about it. example we had two decks and someone took one of our two chairs and we complained and nothing was done. also our room wasn’t stocked each day. one day no coffee one day no towels and so on.

one had everything of anything.. many restaurants, many, bars.. especially the beach is incredible..

it already is an old hotel which needs to be redone in some parts.. we had some problems when we arrived since we’ve booked on booking.com a room with sea view and the hotel gave us a room with lagoon view. it took 2 days to give us the right room we’ve paid for. In the end they gave us the right room, but they wouldn’t take responsibility for giving us a refund for the 2 days we actually haven’t had what we’ve paid. neither did booking.

we had a black wristband which gave us access to everything expect a few paid for options. all the food offerings were great. Whitebox was the best for food and cocktails with super friendly staff. pool party each day and entertainment every night. we left the complex a couple of times to party into the night but overall was good. entertainers were very good too!

rooms are a little dated but any problems were fixed pretty fast. (our shower was abit weak in pressure) drinks outside of the restaurants were abit like paint stripper for spirits and no wine options but navigated around it.

The hotel was nice, and I chose to stay here as I wanted a change from another location. The check-in process was fast since I had a VIP booking. The resort was well-maintained, and I felt really safe during my stay. There were so many food options available, especially high-end seafood and wine, which was really nice. Approximately 95 percent of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort was very clean and peaceful, despite its large size. There were plenty of pools available to accommodate the guests. The drinks served were also good overall it was sn amazing experience.

I had only one bad experience with the security at the sports bar. The bar was shut down an hour earlier than expected, and he was very rude to us, refusing to let us in. Additionally, I had hoped for a special birthday gesture in my room as I had notified the property about it, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it.

the food at the marketplace had dinner reservations at the Bahia steakhouse and the waiter didn’t provide good service. i would ask him questions about the food and he would reply with what ever it says on the menu. That did not help with knowing what to order. we know there was dessert and he saw we finished eating and not once did he ever come baby to offer us dessert. the bar at the pool should stay open a little later.

I liked everything! The property looks exactly like on the pictures. I lived in the main building. It’s very beautiful. The view from the windows is beautiful on all sides. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The restaurants are delicious and there’s a huge variety of them and food is available all the time non stop in various places. And I would say that some dishes there are the best I’ve ever tried. And all of these was included in my stay, I had a black bracelet. I never had to pay for anything in the hotel area.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The Pyramid restaurant and entertainment areas are great. Great location, beach is nice. There's app that's great to speak to the concierge and check what shows are happening etc

Difficult to get restaurant reservation because it's either fully booked or you have to physically go and queue for 30mins to hour on the day. The food was quite average, found myself eating lots of chips. I arrived in the evening and went to a buffet with 1hr left till closing time and there was no sides to eat the food with and the staff were not helpful.

The pools, food, beaches are great.

This has to be the noisiest hotel in the world. Shaped like a pyramid so the inside is a massive hollow echo box. About 300 rooms face into the echo box. Every door slam, every conversation, every bang sounds like it’s right outside your door. The lower section is also bars, so once drunk people spill out their shouting and chanting fills the whole hotel, magnified by the echoing. There was also constant building work, so bangs and power tools all day. If you like being woken up every few minutes then this hotel is for you. I asked to change rooms but staff said it would make no difference to the noise, which I suppose is right.

Towel service was horrible. There should be more waiters by the pool, especially since we had black bands
