Sina Suites

This is an exceptional self-catering option, with hotel amenities and excellent value for money. I would 100pc recommend staying here if you're looking for something that isn't the massive, all-inclusive hotels. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the location perfect - just off the main thoroughfair and within walking distance to shops and beaches. Personally, I would recommend renting a car if you're saying any length of time. From the minute I arrived, the management could not have been better. The AC was not working properly in the apartment I checked into (it was late at night when I arrived) and when I mentioned this the next morning I was offered a new room immediately or wait for it to be fixed. When I booked my taxi to the airport for the wrong day I asked for help to get another taxi and the manager drove me to the airport and refused to take payment! Also, the small amount of laundry I got done was done perfectly and returned within c3 hours. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and my apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day. The pictures don't do this place justice. My apartment was a little dark, which isn't bad given the heat in July, but the outside pool area is perfectly located looking onto the lagoon, making it very quiet and peaceful at all times.

I would like to say this place is rubbish so I can keep it all to myself but it's the most epic place I've ever stayed. It's well laid out, right in the sun all day and nice and quiet at night. Don't worry if you like noise, as the party centre of Cancún is about a 15 walk. The place is welcoming, fun and relaxing. Great place for singles, couples especially and families. All the staff were great but Ramiro and Alex in the bar were outstanding. April was amazing, as was the other young lady she works with. The night porter was very helpful my first night. Watch out for Pepe the crocodile, he lives in the lagoon and will eat you if given the chance but you must see him. There are two dogs just up the street and if you go pat them for me

The people who own and run this little hidden (but close by) Gem , were so Cool. Places like Sina Suites are why good souls travel to Mexico ! Want to make your guests happy ? Pick em up at the Airport ! Thank you Juan Luna ! Want your guests to come back ( like I will) ? Have a cool little place that's not to far from a Beautiful Beach and a cancun nightlife , but just far enough away Tobe peaceful and quiet and Perfect ! Add a wonderful lagoon side restaurant/bar , staffed by souls who became My Friends ! Gigantic Pool / la Piscina es Hermosa ! I didn't like leaving

The location was exceptional!! about 15 min walk from all the night clubs. Minutes away from playa tortuga a beautiful beach. The staff was super nice and very helpful with directions and recommendations. The pool was amazing & it was just a beautiful property.

Our room only had one functioning outlet. So we could not charge our phones at the same time or use it for hair dryer, curling iron etc. Also, the outlet only worked when the light was on. So at night it was very inconvenient because we couldn’t charge our phones next to our bed making us not able to hear our alarm clocks in the morning because we had to charge our phone in the restroom or kitchen. We had a suite that had a dining table in the living room with a small kitchen but there was no air conditioning in that area so we weren’t able to enjoy that as much as we had to practically lock ourselves in the bedroom to feel comfortable. Those are the only two things we did not like.

The location is superb! It’s close to lovely beaches, shops and restaurants. It’s right next to the lagoon and offers fantastic views across it especially at night. It’s convenient for getting to the major attractions in Cancun and beyond.

The meals were excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

When I booked with booking.com, the price of the room for three nights stay I was quoted $261 US dollars. When we arrived, we were charged $315 US dollars. That was unexpected and disappointing.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful also. Special shoutouts to a couple of the waiters, Alex and Ramiro who were really nice people.

Only best memories about this hotel.It was pleasure to spend our holiday in Sina.We felt very welcomed Stuff was absolutely excellent . They were more than friendly and helpful , working hard to make people happy. Karen and April you are the best! Our only best wishes! Hotel is in good suitable location.Very quiet pɔace ,easy to get any point of Cancun. Big and very spacious rooms. Everywhere perfectly clean. There is a good restaurant in this hotel with delicious food and great service. We highly recommend this place. We'll be very happy to come back to this place in future. Thank you very much for all!

Everything was perfect

Best price on the strip (actually no beach, but great pool area). Nice landscaping. Please add a kettle (water cooker) to the room and i would suggest some lamps in the living room. One ceiling light is not sufficient and not nice as well. Food is basic. Quiet location and beautiful views over the bay. Housekeeping keeps dated rooms really nice!

More lamps in room, insulation between rooms is horrible. Make sure that with connecting rooms to put extra door in. Also windows and insulation is horrible, you hear all noise from screeming children at the pool. Lots of kids screaming at pool side all the time.

We found the Manager, George extremely helpful at every juncture. Negotiating taxi rates, instructing maids to provide little “extras” in our room. The staff made us feel truly like “family” so friendly and helpful. Always pleasant and so accommodating. The restaurant cuisine was top notch. The food excellent, the presentation beautiful and the atmosphere so relaxing. Our thanks and appreciation go out to Alex and Ramiro who made our dining experience delightful and so very memorable. April, in reception, was a delight and helped us in so many ways always with a beautiful smile. These lovely people were the best of the many memories we made in Cancun. We highly recommend this lovely spot on the laguna away from the crowds. The pool area next to the laguna so peaceful, and soothing after a day of beaches and touring. This place has found the “secret” to success. Its about the “people”. The staff make it all about the “people”. Truly spoiling us. So there is “nothing” we did not like or would say to improve.
