Great location, very nice view from my room, the room was cleaned daily, the staff were helpful and friendly. Free beach chairs are a big plus. Good price.

Hotel needs alot of cosmetic work especially on the stairwells since there is no elevator and this is the area guests see the most. Apparently some of the rooms need work as well because I was really unhappy with the 1st room i was offered, its bathroom was full of mold and the walls of the room were in such bad shape it made everything feel unclean. The staff switched us to a much better room upon request and I ended up really enjoying my stay there. I could have moved to there hotel across the street but decided to stay put even though climbing the stairs was pretty tuff. Hopefully they wont attempt to rent that 1st room again without mold removal and paint.

I loved the access to the beach - the hotel is mere feet from the ocean. I upgraded my room to a suite and had a gorgeous view from my balcony. I scanned the reviews before booking and was a little worried by some of the comments, but staying here was quiet and comfortable. I traveled alone, and met a friend in Playa for dinner, and upon return I was happy to see the front door of the hotel locked for security (I was let in within 30 seconds of showing my key). This property is older and not remodeled; don’t expect a Hilton or a 4 seasons. It’s a cheaper, older property, and the accommodations show that. However the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and nothing beats waking up in the morning to see the ocean.

There was a pool to use, located across the street at a partner hotel, but I would not recommend using it, it was kind of dirty.

It's On the beach, free beach access with lounge chairs and umbrella 🏖️walk to everything on 5th avenue, friendly staff.

No elevator schedule someone to help with luggage, no drinking water, roof top hurricane damaged and closed, all metal items has ocean air damage faucets sprayed everywhere, patio door very difficult to open, satellite tv kept disconnecting and reconnecting, wifi very slow, loud bass music until 4am every night bring ear plugs, hallways had sewer smell and had to place towels over shower drain to keep sewer smell out of room.

The room was large with an amazing view of the beach. The A/C worked well. The location was perfect right off 5ta avenida. It was so close to the ferry, so much was walking distance, the hotel was just far enough to be quiet for sleeping.

The facility is a bit run down. The shower doors were broken causing a puddle to form just outside the shower. There was no pool in sight and there is no elevator.

The best ocean view!! Nice big terrace, and the bed so comfy. The A/C worked perfectly, and smart tv! Right by the beach and a few steps from La 5a.

The pool/bar terrace was closed. They need to take those pictures away. They mislead the clients. Bathtub had no pressure in the shower at all.

I liked the staff, it was clean, reasonable price, close to every where. The only thing that were missing were car parking was very stressful, Needed to put a comfortable Chair, a Microwave & at least 1 bottle of water upon arrival. Besides that we loved it & thinking to return back in November to the same place if we get promotion again.

Provide what I mentioned above would help to facilitate the customers. Location wise are great. We love it.

We loved the Location and the staff was very sweet. The rooms were good size and Clean. But all the staff was great from the front desk ladies, cleaning staff was amazing and the beach staff was so friendly and helpful.

Well, we didnt like being locked on at night and waiting for someone to come let us in and in the morning we were locked in and could not get out to go take our walk or get our coffee, that was very irritating.

I loved the location of the property and the view from my room. it was a simple living space & it worked out just fine.

I guess over all, the cleanliness wasn’t the best and the lady who cleans never changed our seat. I would also recommend and better fridge and putting a trash can in the rooms

Location is perfect! You're walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants at 5ta Avenida.

There's no elevator, but you can do your leg workout. There's no rooftop as advertised. The pool is at the front hotel.
