Good restaurant with good price/quality balance. Friendly client orientated personel. Good communication inside building, user- friendly ;) Display in the lift with realtime clock on church tower, birds sounds, and day-time changes was just amazing. In general very good standard. With amazing digitalising.

Remarks only to cleaning. In general on right level. But ;) leftovers of rose petals under the bed, hasn't been cleaned up after other guests. You can buy rose petals as an option, what is in itself very good idea, and also payable, but needs to be removed. Risky theme are wooden shutters, looks beautyful, but time-expensive to clean, so you can find some dust overthere. Few remarks to dirty silicon finishing in bathroom.

Fabulous hotel on outskirts of Utrecht. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities including a swimming pool on 19th floor - wonderful views. Our room was fantastic - spacious, clean, with amazing views. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had in a hotel. Onsite parking was convenient. The bus stop that takes you into the city is only a few minutes walk away. The journey takes 10 minutes and buses run every 5-10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent amenities, had a clean gym.

Wife got served meat when she ordered vegetarian. I did not have the proof because I ate it just to see if it was chicken (it was). They justified it with the dact that they were on a loss (vegetarian was 1€ cheaper). They send an email pretending to care ablut the environment but in reality they just dont want to clean the room. All we got was the bed done and a pillow on a lamp.

Everything was perfect, had a beautiful delux room on the 19th floor with best views ever and a nespresso machine, we also had a whirlpool in the bathroom where you can still see the view from!! Amenities were in great shape and clean including the gym and rooftop pool/welness area. Breakfast was so varied with everything you didn't even know you wanted including an omlete station and cheesecake for Breakfast ❤️. We had the greatest time and wished we could have stayed more!!

All was perfect.

Check in was fast, friendly and efficient. We requested a room on a high floor with a view to the city of Utrecht and our room was on the highest (19th) floor with a beautiful view. The room is very spacious. Enough space for your luggage, a comfortable large bed and a huge bathroom. I appreciated the magnifying mirror. The temperature in the room can easily be adjusted. Breakfast was varied, yummy croissants and omelets prepared 'a la minute'. The underground,big parking garage is very clean, well lit and safe, for only 7,50 euro a day.

Pillows are awful, should be changed, really. Bumpy and small. The water pressure in the shower was low, maybe because we were on the 19th floor? Housekeeping was one day so so, one day excellent and so on, probably depending on who was working that day. The scrambled eggs for breakfast are rubbery, too dry, a pity. Lightning in the bathroom is very 'protestant', with a little imagination the experience can be much better. There were no bathrobes in the room which is strange if the hotel has a spa and pool. How are you supposed to get there : dressed, or in your bathing suites in the elevator? Therefor we skipped this part of the experience...

The room was spacious with a large TV, safe, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and ironing board. The bathroom was spacious too with a whirlpool bath and a wet room shower, however the toilet was separate in another room, but no washbasin in the toilet. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant, such a variety of food to choose.

Conveniently located, clean and quiet rooms, lots of space. Quick elevators, helpful staff, good restaurant on premises.

For some reason, the toilet was hidden in its own small room with separate entrance and door, and without a bidet option, or a sink. Highly unpractical, especially at night, or when you want to wash your hands afterwards.

Big and nice room with nice view, window could be opened. Great breakfast buffet, lounge area and dinner, also including excellent and reasonably priced wines.

only a hook for placing towels, one or two bars would much help to let dry towels more efficiently, and thus using them for a longer period of time and safe energy and the environment!

Cleaning could have been better. When we arrived, there were coffee spatters around the mirror in the bathroom, a dirty sock in one of the closets and a damp towel next to the closets.

The breakfast was superb. So much choice. The room was very quiet.

Very noisy young children jumping in and out the small swimming pool. I wouldn’t mind if it had been early evening but it’s not good between 21.00 and 22.00 when people are trying to relax. The hotel should have a cut off time for young children.
