Citiheight Hotel

Citiheight was pleasantly surprising in the quality of the facility. Location is excellent, near Sheraton Hotel. Front desk reception was excellent. Shout out to Lilian! Very clean sheets and towels. Excellent air-conditioning. Edikainkong was good; ordered twice! :) Very, very good for the price relative to similar hotels in the area. Booking.com discount was good too. :)

Steep tiled stairs going up from car park to hotel entrance. It would be nice to have someone help with luggage. Got help getting down the steps on check-out. Lift to basement where car park is located will be nice too.

The reservation staff claimed I was upgraded to superior room being my first time and that I was also offered breakfast which I was also told was not included in the cost for reservation.

I had to pay a little extra to be upgraded to the superior room which was not budgeted for as I already had a confirmed amount to pay with the online reservation made. I also noticed under the bed was not thoroughly clean.

The breakfast was cool and location cool.

I hated the fact that the new hired Admin lady's manner of approach is rude. Even in the restaurant, the manner at which she spoke to me and a young lady regarding our phones we kept on the table while we were dishing out our food was ridiculous... Please this need to be looked into because my using citiheight for 2yr plus, I have never experienced such from their old staff

I didn't know that there was a complimentary breakfast. So I missed my first breakfast. The other day was quite good..( pictures included). The room was quite decent and neat. I also included pictures of the restroom. The location is pleasant. Situated so close to the international airport and in the heart of Ikeja. It was a decent and warm environment.

The guy who served me breakfast was too stern... he was miserly with the fried eggs when I was taking my breakfast. But I played around it...But the WiFi was really good....I could access the Internet easily and that's a real big one for me... Thank you

Overall I had a quiet stay, hotel staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The manager was very considerate, I had a really nice stay. Very impressed and will certainly stay there again.

The beddings were clean but not crisp white, probably a bit old. There was no balcony in my room, I could do with some fresh air late at night. Wi-Fi was epileptic during some evenings and early on some mornings, staff politely explained it was due to technical problems the ISP was experiencing, and it was soon restored.

I have stayed in this same location 2yrs ago I was very impressed the the management and staff recognized my family right away and gave us exceptional welcome and treatment. I told my friends and family about the experience. Thank you for the hospitality love it

The room was good and comfortable. And I needed late check out, which they were so kind to grant me.

Just rooms facilities look abit old and will require refurbishment or replacements.

The hotel is very serene, hotel staff were very nice as they attended to all our needs

The internet speed is very poor, I was not offered breakfast as they said my booking was not entitled to a complimentary breakfast
