This hotel is super secure and clean. The staff are amazing. Customer service was superb. More like they were trained by Americans. I got exactly the same service I’d get in the US and it was unbelievable. Staff went above and beyond to decorate my room for my anniversary despite short notice. The front desk team were amazing. Both night crew and morning crew. Breakfast is great. Being in this hotel felt like I was home in the US and I felt so secure. I will definitely be staying here anytime I visit Lagos

My room was super clean and comfortable. I liked how I couldn't hear the cleaning staff wandering around in the morning, which is usually a problem for me in other hotels. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I also enjoyed the view from my room. Overall, my stay was a nice little escape from the bustling streets of Lagos.

I ordered for a steak which I had to send back twice. However, the restaurant manager on the floor handled the situation quite well, and thankfully, it did not ruin my stay at the hotel. Another thing that would be fantastic is if Netflix, YouTube, and other similar services could be available for viewing in the rooms. The TV channel selection was mediocre.

Its a high quality hotel however it was the first time I've stayed in a hotel that cost as much as it did where breakfast wasn't included, not ideal.

The food was very good, the hotel staff was excellent. The hotel itself was very close to the airport but a bit far from Lagos per say. The outside taxi service though was not expensive so was not that bad.

The last couple of night there they were doing construction work in the next room next to ours so inside our room was so noisy that we couldn't even hear the TV playing. That was the only part of the stay that was not enjoyable. Also, their hotel taxi service was 3 times higher then outside taxi service so was not pleased with that. You pay a lot for the hotel room so to me they could charge less for their taxi service.

I like everything, from the facilities to the food and then the service. The staff are very well trained, polite, try to be helpful as much as they can and have courtesy. The protocols observed are not stressful and are done quickly, the view from anywhere in the hotel is lovely. The hotel property looks well maintained and very clean. The airport droff-off and pick-up service was right on time.

There was no window to open in the room for fresh and natural air to come in.

I like the location of the Hotel. Prefect to travellers. Staff were really nice and welcoming and the hotel is clean.

First is the fact that the all glass bathroom is too open to the room without any way of blocking it out to other occupants of the room. I stayed with my family so this was a let down for us. If you are taking a shower, you are visible to the entire room. We had to turn off the lights in bathroom to take a shower. It is perfect for a couple but not for a family or if you have someone visit you in your room. Secondly, the food was not really great in taste. Presentation was nice but taste was not great. Overall, it is a great hotel, I would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was extremely warm, friendly and efficient. I was awarded an upgrade at no extra cost. The room was exquisite and very comfortable.

The rates are a bit expensive. The steam room next to the pool was not operational during my stay and there was little guidance on how to operate it.

Its indeed home away from home. The ambience is awesome. You will feel welcome right from the reception. The likes of Grace, Gracious, Jessica, Funmi and of course Doreen will make your stay worthwhile. Any request made is always swift. Their food is also topnotch. You won't regret staying in this property I am surely coming back. Thanks

Nothing to dislike actually. They just need to set preference for teens coming to the pool bar just to take pictures.

I thought the rooms were clean and spacious. The food at the breakfast buffet had a nice selection from traditional Nigerian to International varieties.The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel accepted International credit cards, which was convenient. I appreciated the daily water bottles in the room.

One treadmill in gym was not working. One public restroom needed a refill.of soap.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in Nigeria. Good security and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is really close to the international airport.

very expensive. I travel a lot and I really find the price too high. I paid 209€ for 1 night. breakfast was not even included. The car service from the airport to the hotel was 8000N which is very expensive because it’s literally a 2min drive. Honestly breakfast and car service from the airport should be included in the price.
