Four Points by Sheraton Lagos

Good breakfast selection, room service was excellent, loved the rooftop lounge on Saturday with live band, security on point and the rooms where clean. Staff very polite especially "Feyi" who instinctive new my voice from my daughters, I could hear her smile over the phone.

Mini fridge in the room not working especially with the hot weather it would be nice to have cold water in the room

It is indeed home away from home. The bed is comfy and the room is very spacious. Right from the reception you will know you are in a safe hands with the prudent and amazing staff like Ms. Ruth, Olamide, Tumininu. Mr Ifeanyi and of course Mr. John and Kayode from the bar, they are amazing being. And as well as Chef Oladele.. They say a smile brings good fortunes from the wallet. They all have a nice orientation. Most definitely I am visiting again.

Nice breakfast with a range of different options. Good location. The staff at the reception was really helpful. Pool and pool timing are OK (till 10 p.m.). Nice spacious lobby bar with decent coffee. Fast wi-fi.

Poor selection of food for lunch and dinner and it was quite expensive. Very slow room and guest service. We had to call several times to have some things brought to the room. Lack of light in the rooms.

I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff were nice and very friendly. The food was wonderful from breakfast to lunch to dinner, it was on point. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Entertainment was good too. So many stations to choose from. I liked the serenity and quietness.

The pool side. The location of the pool and the fact that the pool was always cold.

Standard at the hotel was great. High security so felt safe. members of staff were excellent. especially Ayodeji Ajiku always went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and was available to respond to any queries. Emmanuel and Abraham from rooftop bar. Abraham genuinely always showed a love for his job and customers and very attentive to customer needs. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast was amazing, the options available were overwhelming in a good way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime in Nigeria.

I like the ambience nd the staff nd service was generally good

I really didnt like the fact that the security in the main entrance gate of the hotel were little slow in their checking process nd at the same time couldnt be pateint if they see my taxi driver parking in their premises to wait for me to proceed along with my journey so i hope they can be more pateint nd undersranding in such situations. Thanks

The food was wonderful - We loved the omelette bar at breakfast. The rooms were very spacious and very clean - I booked a suite and cancelled it because the standard rooms were already big enough. The location is very safe. Rooftop bar is lovely - The three chilli snail dish was my biggest highlight!!!!

The rooftop bar staff don’t know how to make a mojito. They also overload a lot of their cocktails with too much alcohol which can be very overpowering.

Excellent! The food was good - the buffet had a variety of food to choose from to accommodate dietary needs. The staff were very helpful & available to assist as needed.

One night, during our stay, there was some maintenance work going on in our wing/floor of the hotel and this caused water to be shutoff for 1-3 hours. The hotel should provide guests a notice in the future to prepare them for such occurrences. Thanks!

Buffet breakfast was very diverse, continental and Nigerian. The standard room was big and roomy. The beds are very comfortable with fluffy pillows. Enjoyed my stay here, would be back. The rooms and bathroom are very clean and well maintaned. Celebrated our 10th anniversary here and we got a lovely complimentary welcome snack tray. The staff are very courteous, kudos to Kemi & Ayodeji
