Food : Excellent Facility : Neat and the equipment & the system worked.

One of the restaurant male staff was dancing I was told there was no suite ( bedroom and sitting room) which I would require if I come on a business trip. This trip was a family trip. We had 2 rooms, the second was for my grown up daughter.

For the price and it's star rating it's okay for a short stay. I needed a place for one night at short notice and they had good availability. They do have a nice outdoor space which gets good sunlight though and a decent pool. I will say that it is probably one of the nicer ibis hotels compared to those in Europe. The pool is a definite bonus. If you need a budget chain hotel this place will serve you well.

Limited breakfast options.

Breakfast was superb. I ate good food to my fill!

House keeping could have paid a little more attention to my bathroom

Breakfast was nice but had very few options available. No meat or fish of any kind.

Too many mosquitoes at the bar/sit out. I suffered malaria immediately I got back to my base. Constant fumigation of the open space can help a great deal The afang soup tasted a bit offish. It wasn't fresh at all. Such a facility should serve fresh foods. The foods should be prepared freshly at the guest's request.

They have a nice breakfast. Staff was professional and very helpful! I love the free shuttle service. I would stay and recommend others to stay.

So far, they improved by giving us 2 bath towels in the room. Now they need to give us 2 wash cloths too. Also, if 2 people are in the room and there's free breakfast. It should be for 2 not just 1 person.

The staff were very helpful with requests I made. They ensured my stay was a nice one. There was an issue with the cleanliness of my bathroom and I informed reception of this.

Sitting area is big enough for everyone and I love the space. The staff are very courteous and supportive. The offered meals are nice all the same

The range of breakfast offerings were in my own opinion smaller than expected. Size of the room. I will do a much bigger space next time.

Good location, comfy bedding.

Most of the television stations were not showing video but only audio, the shaver socket was tripping upon continuous use, the towel was very old and not fresh. Went for dinner at about 8pm and almost couldn't get what to eat, the buffer was not refilled on time.

The staff where just very nice and so helpful, their response time to any requests was perfect. Their delivery was outstanding. Every fertility works as it's stated. I'll be booking there again soonest.

Their wifi was just floating somehow, sometimes it goes out and you have to switch to your own mobile data.
