Ibis Lagos Airport

The rooms, the staff, elevators, buffet breakfast were ok. A lovely swimming pool area. The dinning room opens out with lovely red hairs scattered 4 and2 to a table. Choice of coffee from expresso to regular.

The TV in room was ancient. It was fuzzy, speakers were inaudible. There were 15 French speaking channels vs 3 English speaking channels. I often had to ask for towels from Housekeeping.

Location is excellent because it's near the airport. Beds are comfortable. Showers have hot water and good water pressure.

Restaurant didn't have any of the vegan meals in their menu and staff were generally rude. Professionally trained staff, most especially at the kitchen wouldn't act that way if a guest is trying to ask about the vegan food in the menu.

No Nigeria Station,I mean Dstv was not used,No Arisetv program,No Yoruba movie Magic,even your Channeltv station was not clear,you prefer French TV like Canal TV over Nigeriatv,if I come visiting again and there is no changes about this,I wnt patronise you again

Thé environnement is conducive and nice. The complimentary breakfast is everything I needed. I paid 9,400 naira for their buffet and it was worth it. Great staff in general.

Thé food I ordered was stalled. I started stooling and vomiting. when I told the manager, he responded positively and got me something better.

fresh and good food especially breakfast. lots of varieties to choose from compared to other hotels. the climate control was excellent - no issue throughout our stay. good front desk officers.

They helped with my kids food all through our stay. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the dinner buffet too.

Excellent breakfast as usual, staff very polite and helpful, lovely pool... Always our choice both before and after the trip to the interior!

Minor things: we got only one towel and no milk for the courtesy drinks in the room. Otherwise, everything as good as ever.

You need to know I had previous booked with you in April. I did call and cancel because of COV issues with travel I could not get my payed for ticked issued to me. However, I had charged for 14 days with you for booking. I later found out it was not you but the booking people who had kept my money. I have corrected that. I will always use your hotel when I visit as It is a good and trust worthy hotel.

Everything was great as usual.

All that was provided was good though there is always room for improvement.

I enjoyed my stay at the fourth floor and the effective functioning of the lift system.
