The room was clean and warm. Noise free environment. And the breakfast was awesome😊👍

I dont like there was no free car parking. It was stated in the facilities

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, pretty good location, good size room, good value for money - particularly for Oslo.

The hotel is dated and the lifts are small. Whilst it quite close to the nice parts of Oslo (100 metres), the actual street it is in is a bit unpleasant. Parking over the road whilst good is very expensive.

The staff was always super friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the location was perfect, breakfast was filled with flavors for all diets

the staff was most helpul and friendly making our stay most appreciated .... the morning buffet was wonderful ... plenty of options with a staff that worked hard to make sure all plates were available ... very much useful to get through the day ... location was very convenient to many bus routes ... all in all an all around great experience

the weather was rainy a lot ... not sure the staff could help with that ... while the rooms were a bit on small size, they were highly functional and the goal of a trip to a wonderful destination is to spend as little time as possible in the room

As you approach it, the outside of the hotel and signage is pretty ugly and scruffy and initially a bit off putting ! Nobody’s fault, but with the windows open overnight (summer) there is inevitably a degree of city noise and unfortunately there was some construction nearby from 7.30am. I’m sure with windows closed it would’ve been very quiet. To be fair I live somewhere very quiet and city/town dwellers might not be so aware of it. It certainly didn’t spoil my stay .

We got a quiet room up high like we asked for. (Note that there is nearby construction, so there is noise during the day.) There is a 24-hour desk. There are some restaurants close by. We were able to walk from the train station with our wheeled luggage, though I would not recommend that when it's rainy or snowy. We walked as far as Vigeland Sculpture Park (and back) one day, though our feet were sore afterwards. We had a twin room with comfortable beds. They supply face cloths and hand towels as well as the bath towels. The water pressure in the shower was good even though we were on the top floor. The water temperature kept fluctuating on me with morning showers, but my husband had no problems in the evening. The shower has enough of a ledge to keep water from going all over the bathroom floor. There are additional toilets for guest use on the second floor, near the breakfast room. Breakfast is fantastic!

There is no real A/C, so our room got hot in the evenings with the summer sun (windows do open, though). The two electrical outlets over the desk did not work, so we only had the two between the beds. The two elevators are small.
