Sheraton Grand Panama

A few days after my return home to San Francisco, I sent an email to Booking.com asking for an explanation or clarification of my bill for the 3 days at the hotel, but I never got a reply. This was a disappointment since the hotel billing office could have at least given me the courtesy of a reply. Other than this, our stay at the Grand Sheraton was a pleasure. I've been there many times and would like to return one day, but this lack of a response puts a damper on things.

the room was spacious and had a nice window overlooking the pool and surrounding buildings. the beds were super comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was really tasty and the pool was nice. The spa is by appointment only but the steam room was open. The spa is handled by a different company so appointments are made through them. Our stay was short so we didn’t really have time to book anything with them. The hotel is located about 7 blocks from the MultiPlaza shopping mall.

The bathroom was very small. It was modern and all but very small and the ceiling was super low, making it feel extra small. The room had a faint musty smell, maybe the AC unit was moldy or something. There aren’t many restaurants in the hotel area that offer vegetarian food.

Fast checking and conveniently place to stay over after we attended a wedding in the same hotel. Room was spacious and quite (corner room)

The rooms and the bathrooms. THEY NEED TO BE UPDATED ASAP. Bathroom was to small for the type of room we reserved. The carpet is old same as the furniture.

I stayed there to go to the Van Gogh exhibit at the Atlapa Convention Center so the location was perfect - right across the street. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and the other restaurant was also delicious.

There was nothing I didn't like but I did think the rate was a bit high for Panama.

Hotel personnel was really friendly and willing to provide required information and support. Hotel amenities were nice and well maintained. Room was properly clean, bed and pillows were relly good!

Check out was a bit slow, only 1 person in the counter was available and it took a long time. I was expecting a better breakfast experience and variety.

Almost everything was great.

I was hoping to get a beer by the pool but nobody was there. I have to go inside to ask for one and the waiter needs me to call him two times for the same order. That happens around 8pm

Beds confortable and clean. Extra bed was provided on my request

When you book a room for 4 people.. you need towels and soap for 4 people not 2. Had to ask for more towels and soap. Bathroom small. Shower door leaks

This hotel is very nice, everything met or exceeded expectations, except the restaurant Las Haldes. I wasn't horrible by any means, but the one meal we had there was below the level of the hotel.

The breafast was really good, lots of fruits And vegetables, waffles. Eggs , omelette Your choice of fillings its Brunch .

Wish there was batido , papaya or melon
