did not opt for breakfast as we found the 65 złoty/person quite expensive - went to a restaurant across the street and had a feast for 2 people with coffee, pastries and breakfast meals for under 100

I didn't like that the water bottles weren't fresh in the rooms. It was obvious the waters were just refilled with tap water as they were all different levels and the seals were broken. Gave a gross first impression to the room - I also didn't like there was only 1 key

The location was great, quiet at night, the breakfast was fabulous, room was a mini apartment with a fridge, separate sitting room, lovely

The hotel was in a very good location. It was situated between Kazimierz and Old City. It was perfect for a few days stay. The room was very spacious, we have not expected to have that much space. The AC was working perfectly (during our stay it was extremely hot in Krakow), very efficiently and quietly. Also a plus for the lift in a building that seem to be old build from outside (it's refurbished and looking very modern inside!). Staff was also very helpful and always accesible.

Although not a major issue, the room could have been cleaned more often/precise - not to say that it was dirty but after each night our bed was left in same messy state as we left it in the morning and no bottle water was re-supplied.

Great location - easy to walk into the Old Town and to the Jewish area. Very smart decor. Reception team friendly.

Would have preferred some type of kitchen option - we obviously didn't read the info enough prior to booking. I thought it was quite expensive - could have probably stayed at a regular 4/5 star hotel for the same price. We only stayed 3 nights and 2/3 we were woken by loud walking/running from the room above we think - so not as sound proof as it could be. Described as Old Town location but in my view near the Old Town, not in it. On arrival cleaner's black bin bag split in the main lift and rubbish came out - and they didn't go back to clean up - I had to ask Reception to get it sorted when I saw it several hours later, so thought that was poor that the member of staff didn't manage it.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything is close by and in walking distance. Hotel was always clean and tidy no matter what time of the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly, helped with booking taxis to the airport and offering help to book trips although we didn't require this. Our room was huge, plenty of space and storage for our short trip. Hotel secure at night and you have a code to get in as it is on a main road. Would 100% stay here again :)

The pillows on the bed were too soft (personal preference, not a fault of the hotel)

The location is perfectly located, walking distance to the old town, main square and the jewish quarter. The breakfast was also very nice with the choice of both buffet and cooked breakfast.

The pillows are too soft and duvet can be a little thicker. We also requested for double bed but instead we had 2 twin beds pushed together and 2 single duvets instead of one double. The mattress is great however.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The design was exceptionally beautiful, creating a luxurious ambiance throughout the premises. As a boutique hotel, it offered a unique and personalized experience that truly stood out. The spacious two-room suite I stayed in was remarkable. The layout was well thought out, providing ample space and comfort. It was a perfect blend of style and functionality. The hotel's location was ideal – close to the city center, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat from the bustling tourist areas. This balance allowed for a tranquil stay while still being conveniently located to explore the city. For a brief visit to Krakow, this hotel was an excellent choice. It offered all the amenities and services needed for a comfortable stay, making it a fantastic option for travelers seeking a high-quality experience in a short timeframe. While my stay was mostly flawless, there were a couple of minor hiccups. There were issues with the showerhead, which required attention from the staff. Additionally, there was a noticeable stain on the table that caught the eye. However, these small inconveniences were outweighed by the overall positive experience.

The service and staff were promptly and happy to help us and it really overtake our expectations! A few weeks before going to Krakow I asked for an advise on restaurants and some variety options (traditional and cool spots) for dinner and brunch, I received a list of many options complementing what I already have. We tried out 3 out 5 recommended and we had such a great experience within the suggested places. A minor thing happened, the kettle in our room wasn't working and I made a complaint on the next morning and in few hours later I received a texted message stating the kettle has been fixed, I found this a really kindness touch. Location, staff, service, accommodation and comfort were one of the best that I stayed in, specially as an apartment, usually I prefer to stay in hotels. I highly recommend and definitely would stay again in future!

love it in general and would go back! just the kettle possibly wasn't working during the rooms check before check in. did not bothering me much, just love to have a cup of tea. the service was impeccable to get has been fixed very quickly.

The hotel was right in the middle of everything, only a short walk to the main square so the location was excellent. All of the staff were friendly, accommodating and always happy to help. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and we were even given a free upgrade which made our stay that much more special. We arrived early in the morning and the staff were more than happy to hold our bags whilst we explored the city and contacted us when the room was ready which was a lot earlier than usual check in. The option for breakfast was amazing too, reasonably priced and such a good selection of food.

Nothing, everything was satisfactory.

The location was in the Jewish Quarter close to historical sites, restaurants, and a small grocery store. The staff were very helpful with transportation and local recommendations. We arrived early and fortunately our room was ready otherwise they would have stored our luggage which they did on our departing day. It was a nice area and I would stay here again. We also found a small playground for our little one across from Corpus Christi Church. It was a long walk to the Castle/Christmas Market area which was fine for us but otherwise I think staff recommended taxi as the best/easiest way.
