Location is perfect, close to everything. Stuff is pretty good and reception met our exectations. The breakfast is very nice, some stuff seemed not to be that fresh e.g fruit, but there is a variety of food to choose from, so anyone can find something to eat, i highly recomend it. We had a nice stay there and would definetely stay at this place again. I liked the fact that the rooms are also provided with single use slippers. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean enough. I liked that the tv has many international european channels.

Our room was not soundproof, i guess walls are a bit thin because we could hear the people staying next door singing or doing weird noises quite a lot of times, that didnt bother us but we would rather not hear sounds from other rooms. We also found a piece of chips behind the bedframe when we entered the room but as soon as we reported it to the reception the room got cleaned again and was all fresh. I would say it is clean enough but could be more clean. I didnt really like the decoration but this does not affect how satysfied i am from my stay there.

I had the pleasure to stay in the hotel once more for the business trip. I was placed on the third floor this time and the wifi appeared to perform way better there (not sure if it's pure luck that less people were using it than during my last stay). The location is great and just a short walking distance from the center. The rooms are neat and clean.

Wifi being unstable was my only real complaint last time, but since that hasn't been a problem this time around I really liked everything!

The hotel is old villa remaked into a hotel. It is designed very nicely. Our room was huge, like a small loft with a lot of free space and extra furniture. It was really comfy. Big windows to the streets lets in a lot of light and fresh air. Breakfast was really good, we ecceptionally loved the pancakes. Location was also really good. Its not inside the city walls but right just behnd them - 3min walk to the wawel. I would recommend and would return on my next visit. 9/10

Upon arriving the at the beautiful small building that was the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist who offered us a range of languages in which she could convey the check in information. Then we went to our room which was modern, had high ceilings, very clean and well organized. In our room we had a lovely selection of amentities including a stylish coffee machine and mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable.

Location just a few minutes from old town, castle. Nice staff, very spacious room and nice interior, clean. Windows were facing few small streets but it wasn't noisy at all but our room was just behind the administration, we could hear coming guests and speaking to staff. Big bathroom with shower, all showering cosmetics, hair fan. Bathroom was also adapted for disabled people. Great breakfast.

Only thing that annoyed during stay was bed's headboard, it was creaking everytime you moved in bed

The breakfast was amazing, beds really comfortable. The hotel locates about 500 meters from Wavel Castle 🏰. By walking to the city center through the park is just 10 mins, nearby shop and amazing cake house)) Hotel was better than I expected. In every hotel I have 'THIN WALLS" problem, but in this one the walls were really thick, so you couldn't hear what the neighbors do 😁 I would definitely come back!

Beautiful building, atmospheric hotel, great staff - 24-hour reception was useful and everyone was really pleasant.

We loved everything and this was very good value for money, but room pricing seemed a little strange - there were four of us and each booked a double room, but one of our party had a cheaper room, which with two balconies seemed better than the more expensive attic room!

Prime location in a quiet, comfortable neighbourhood, at a ten minute walk from the old city centre on the one hand, and a ten minute walk the other way to major facilities like trams, buses, coffee shops et cetera. The staff speaks excellent English overall, but more importantly: it is one of the kindest and most helpful I ever encountered . In this case through some unfortunate circumstances I needed to extend my room (and it really quite specifically had to be THAT room: I could not move to a higher floor). The lady at the desk was absolutely customer centered, and went above and beyond to accommodate me, even though the hotel was booked to capacity! I'm sure it took quite a bit of puzzling and shifting and re-arranging to help me keep my room. I am so deeply grateful. Check-out was at 12, but my taxi would not arrive for another two hours. I was kindly -and without me even asking!- allowed to stay in the room until then, as the next guests would come much later. What a wonderful experience and what excellent service! I had a 'Deluxe' room, which was large, comfortabele, modern and clean. It has coffee and tea making facilities, and offers a free (!) bottle of mineral water every day, and there is a small fridge with beverages (at a very reasonable price). The WiFi is superfast, and easily accommodates any work obligations. The bathroom was large and clean. Breakfast is optional (I didn't have it), and can -if not booked in advance- just be booked a day before at the reception.

Seriously I can't think of a single thing. It was a ten out of ten stay. I even have no improvement suggestions.

lovely big room, very clean when we got there. fab location, gym in the basement which was nice. very quiet hotel.

only fault is while staying there for 6 nights, our room was only cleaned once and we had to ask even though we put the notice on the door to clean it. also 2 single duvets on the big bed. but would still stay again!!

Home Hotel really feels like home - the coziness, the comfort and the simplicity are the key features here. The additional price for the parking is really worth it, as searching for a place to park is really tiresome. The hotel is very chic with the stairway decorated in sort of classical style and the religious paintings give sort of mythical aura about the hotel. The place in the city is great - you can get to the old town quite easily. Overall - it is a very nice hotel with everything that you need!
