Excellent location A+, historical sights right across the street! The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Plenty of complimentary water and other treaties, which is very handy when you arrive late. Everything was clean.

A little bit complicated climate control system, was not easy to adjust temperature. Could not find any spoons or forks in the kitchen. The sofa mattress in the living room was hard, it would not be comfortable to sleep more than one night on it. Could not close the window in the living room, locker might be broken or something.

We visited as a family of 4 and fell in love with this apartment. The hotel boasts a good location, the Wawel Castle is just a 5 min walk away, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities like the tram stop is 200m away , there are also a couple of convenience stores just after we get out of the apartment which also sell popular Polish vodkas. The hotel provides excellent rooms with modern decor and comfortable furnishings - the sofa cum bed is also quite comfortable and easy to assemble. Guests can cozy up by the fireplace in the living room space it is really helpful when it is chill and lasts upto 2 hours we have to contact the receptionist in order to start the fire. The rooms at the hotel are equipped with good beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel features a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities like different types of glasses, crockery, coffee, tea, bottled water and soda allowing guests to prepare their own meals. They also have a lounge room which had unlimited coffee, tea, books to read, dvd's, WiFi access. Security is a top priority at the hotel, ensuring a safe and secure stay for all guests as the building could only be accessed with a valid card. There is a lot of storage space and a ladder provided for upper cupboards. Each room at the hotel comes with a balcony, providing a private outdoor space for guests to enjoy. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes, offering a wide range of dining options. The hotel is not very far from the city center, making it convenient for guests to access shopping and entertainment venues. The receptionists at the hotel were very good, providing excellent customer service and assistance to guests, The reception also had yummy toffees which helped while walking the streets, they were also willing to keep our luggage at the reception prior to check in time.

It was spacious, stylish and had a fantastic view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was perfectly situated between the Old Town and Kazimierz and was an easy place for hotel transport and two tours to pick up/drop off. The comfortable guest lounge was ideal for post check-out down time before heading to the airport.

The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable and I could not recommend for more than a very short stay. The bed in the bedroom was nice, so my son and I took turns so that we didn’t end up with back ache.

This was my fifth stay at Stradonia. The room was overlooking the Wawel castle and medieval monastery: you don’t get a view like that anywhere else. Rooms were equipped with more than is needed, there was even complimentary coffee, bottled water and sweets. The airco was super handy and so was the washing machine. The caretakers go about the property with care, there are candles in the courtyard in the evening, freshly potted flowers. The place is absolutely squeaky clean and silent, there is no outside noise whatsoever. The lovely lounge made it possible for me to work in silence and print some documents I needed. Apartment was immaculate, of high quality and excellently equipped. Beds were extremely comfortable. Enjoyed the downstairs communal lounge area; music, work station, books and coffee machine. (Also supplying takeaway drink cups) 24 hour staff who were always responsive, polite and well trained. Local area fantastic, easy walk between old town and Jewish quarters, also directly in front of the castle. Wonderful stay in this beautiful city. Staff contacted us before visit to and helped with taxis etc. communication was always excellent.

Extra coffee pods for the machine…we had 4 for 5 of us and bought a lot more but they are expensive in the reception so would recommend bringing Nespresso pods or buying in krakow. Other than that very minor thing, nothing else, it was all excellent.

One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the location. Situated just a stone's throw away from the historic Wawel Castle, the room provided a perfect vantage point for exploring the rich cultural heritage of Krakow. The convenience of being nestled between the vibrant neighborhoods of Kazimierz and the bustling Main Square added an extra layer of charm to my experience. I could easily walk to both of these destinations, immersing myself in the city's energy and culture. The availability of bikes for rent was another delightful feature. Exploring the city on two wheels was not only fun but also allowed me to cover more ground and discover hidden gems that might have otherwise gone unnoticed. The friendly staff was more than willing to provide recommendations on the best cycling routes and sights to see. Furthermore, the lounge room on the premises proved to be a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. It provided a welcoming space to relax, unwind, and even socialize with fellow travelers. This added touch made the place feel like a home away from home. In conclusion, my stay at this establishment was a delightful experience. The combination of a spacious and clean room, an unbeatable location, bike rental options, and a comfortable lounge room made my trip to Krakow truly unforgettable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable stay in this captivating city.

Good size apartment with essential amenities, clever arrangement furnishings. Nice full curtains, natural light received from windows with net curtains providing day time privacy. Inner courtyard not much to enjoy. Washing tablet provided for one use during stay, handy stationary, plug sockets by bed. Good location just at the furthest point you'd be happy to walk from to anything without being to far. Friendly helpful reception team.

Apartment located by hallway door so the comings and goings were audible. I thought there wre chipmunks in the corridor.,it was just bunch of American girls.

Fabulous! We were on a nine-day trip to Poland. Kraków was our last stop for four nights. In Gdańsk and Warsaw we stayed in 5-star hotels. We preferred this stay in Kraków. It was so nice to have an apartment. The location was perfect. Right next door to the castle, ten minute walk to the main square, two minutes to Jewish district and the river. So, right next to all the things without the chaos of main square crowds. I wouldn’t bother with the in-house breakfast. It was a bit underwhelming, plus there are so many cafés and groceries right next door with good coffee and fab pastries. A delicious Indian restaurant right next door, and an awesome little Turkish toast shop across the street, so many Polish options, too. It was so nice to be able to have a kitchen to make mornings super relaxed. My son got really sick while we traveled, and the pharmacy was almost next door and helpful with meds. It was so nice to be in an apartment instead of a hotel so that I could more easily take care of him. Kitchen, in-room laundry. Really helpful under the circumstances. Plus, because he couldn’t do much for one of the days, we raided a fun hotel collection of DVDs and that felt so nice as he recuperated. All in all, Stradonia was definitely our favorite stay in Poland. Photos and reviews are accurate. Room and amenities are top class. Staff are so very sweet and helpful. Immaculate hotel in all the ways. If I return to Kraków I won’t bother looking at any other options. This is the place for sure!!

The apartment was very cute and well equipped and the staff were super nice. The air conditioning saved us from boiling in the middle of a heat wave and the location was perfect for us. Their breakfast service also worked very well and included delicious options.

The only negative thing I can think of is that one of the reasons why we booked this apartment was the washing machine, since we were staying quite long, and, even though it worked, well there was no drying rack to hang the clothes afterwards. Apart from that, perfect stay!

Everything about Stradonia Serviced Apartments was amazing. We travelled as 2 couples to Krakow. We couldn't have stayed in a better place. The location was just perfect, a couple of minutes to the beautiful Castle, and about 7-8 minute walk to Old Town. Central to trams if you choose to go further a field. The accomodation itself was excellent, everything and more you could want. Clean, quiet and fully equipped. Staff were so helpful and very pleasant. We chose sweet breakfasts which consists of croissants, jam, yoghurt, and fruit. Very nice in deed. We intend to go back to Krakow because it was just beautiful and we only scrapped the surface. So much more to see and do. We 100% will stay at Stradonia Serviced Apartments again. Just loved it and everything about it.
